Great food, great vibe!
This was our first time at Kozzy’s and we were seriously impressed. The food was excellent—we tried the wings, burger, steak, fried pickles, and more, and everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The portions were generous, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the laid-back, casual atmosphere too. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Kozzy’s is an awesome place. Heather the bartender has great customer service skills. I ordered the NY strip and it tastes great. remind you of how my dad used to cook the steaks. The interior is really cool as all kinds of signs and things to look at. The open ceiling is a really neat charm to the place. I will come again.

At a place where the waiters takes your drink order, then comes back and gives you an empty cup and tells you to get the drink yourself, it’s hard to rate the service anything but bad. The food was also just bad. The “smash patty” is just a regular inch thick dry burger. I would love to rate the fries that come with burger if i had gotten any to actually rate. If you love things straight forward and simple then the salad is great for you because it’s only one ingredient! (iceberg lettuce) Somehow this place managed to be worse than most of the restaurants in the area.

Ordered take out on a Thursday night. My boyfriend got a mushroom and Swiss burger and fries. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese tomato and pickles with fries and a side of fried mushrooms. Our total was $34.00. The price alone about floored me. But never the less we was told 45 min before pick up. When I got there to pick up my order it was already sitting on the end of bar next to customers and in direct line of a huge shop fan to keep the patrons cool. Once I got our food home we was not impressed. Fried mushrooms were soggy and cold as hell and left a greasy feeling in your mouth. My boyfriend’s sandwich was all wrong. He got a smash burger with orange peppers and onions on it with no cheese at all. And the fries were under cooked and soggy and cold as well. And my chicken sandwich had every topping on it and no cheese. So I called to explain that our entire order was wrong when it came to the sandwiches. I was cut off and told “well if you want to come back in and I can give you a cup of sautéed mushrooms,baby.” before I could even explain about the cold fries and fried mushrooms I was cut off again with her asking me “ what do you want me to do?” “ I can give you a free appetizer or a discount on your next food order. “. And I explained to her I was not coming back in just for a cup of mushrooms that should had been on the burger from the jump. And that we would not be coming back as a repeat customer and I would prefer just to have my money back. And she replied with “ well I can see what I can do.” And not even sure if she took a breath between sentences before she says again “ babe, you tell me what you want me to do.” “I can give you a free appetizer or a discount on your next food order.” And I again expressed how we would not be coming back to the establishment in the future. And I asked for our money back and she laughed and hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back it rang until a recording came on telling the callers that we have reached a voicemail box that can’t take any messages bc it has not been set up yet.
So I highly doubt not recommend ordering food from here. Not sure how anything else would be as far as that goes. But food is a -0 in my book. And I would chalk it up to “ what do you expect from ordering food from a bar” experience. But I can’t even say that bc I have never one time have I ever has wrongly made nasty cold food or poor customer service from Fatboys right down the road. So I will be keeping my business where it is always right and never had to question anything about our meals.

Ordered a steak medium rare and it was definitely medium. Fried pickles and the fries that came with the steak were good!!
Biggest downside is a couple of what I assume we’re regulars came in drunk and harassed my party about leaving our dogs in the car. To be fair, we shouldn’t have done that however, the windows were down and a member of our group was just out there and would have done something If she felt her dog was in danger. Unfortunately, what started out as a kind gesture quickly turned into a harassment/bullying situation because they absolutely took out further than what was needed and the waitress failed to intervene.

Kozzys is the best bar I have stumbled upon in forever. I can only compare it to the first time I went to Fast Eddie’s. The wait staff was wonderful. The owner Rodney, even came up and introduced himself and made sure we were having a good time. The music was awesome. The food was great. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was. I will definitely be back!!

My mom has been being Harassed by the manager since I stopped in there few months back and I gave him her new number coz I knew they were friends , that didn’t go as planned she has way touch going on in her life to even thi k about a man,i just wanted her to be happy for once in her life and he has proven that it wouldn’t be that way with him sorry momma
