First time coming to the Lockport location! I walked in and Cynthia was so sweet! The place was super clean and inviting! I have gone to this Smoothie King often, however, I went there today and was very dissatisfied with my smoothie. I ordered my usual go to and it tasted like flavored slushy water. I went back inside and asked for it to be remade because it did not taste like anything and she did. however, it still tasted the same. Flavorless. Watery. I don’t know if the ingredient ratio changed recently? But I am disappointed, especially since I am spending $13 for a smoothie.
