Foods always tasted great. However if you want to wait for your food for your whole lunch break, I don’t recommend. First visit I waited 45 minutes for one sandwich. Second visit I waited 40 minutes.

This was, hands down, the best sandwich I’ve had in Ottumwa. There was a really long line, but I got through fast. They slice your meat and cheese on the spot. The bread is *chefs kiss* so dang good. A lot of people assisted me, but Jacob was definitely the standout. Amazing customer service from him, and from all the staff.

My husband and I went in for lunch and we were ordering 3 sandwiches. I ordered the extra one before mine and I tried to order mine but the person walked away before I could, then my husband tried to say something and the worker looked at him and went “nuh uh”. So I didn’t get to order my food and I refused to get back in line after being treated like that. 2 stars because I was told it’s good but I wouldn’t know.
