Our group had a hot honey and pepperoni square pie, it was so good, crispy crust, with spicy pepperoni and a hint of sweetness. We also had a chicken parm dinner, and chicken panini, all we’re delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Great place to eat!!

Kraves is a standout among some pretty darned good pizzerias within arms throw. What I especially appreciate is the authenticity with which they prepare and follow traditions. For example, their Nonna/Grandma pie is constructed EXACTLY as it is supposed to be. Small dabs of mozzarella on the dough, followed by large amounts of rich tomato sauce. The dough should be thin and it must be crispy (oil crust) on the bottom. Kraves make it perfectly and the depth of flavour is outstanding. I’ve had most of their pies and not one fails to amaze, but this one is a winner among winners. Too many pizzerias making it too thick like a Sicilian and or throwing on large pieces of Mozzarella, covering it so it looks all white. That is plain wrong so if you want it not only authentic, but also out of this world delicious, go nowhere else.

In Jersey for a business trip. Found Kraves Pizza. Had pizza and a meatball parm sub. Then came back the next day before leaving town and took two pies home to Virginia. There’s nothing like Jersey pizza, and Kraves does Jersey pizza right.

Kraves has become a new favorite! Joanne is so friendly and kind. We always feel welcome with our 17 month old. The food is fantastic, have been working my way through the menu and loved it all so far. I overheard that their gluten free pizza is amazing from the folks sitting behind us. If you’re in Denville you MUST go to Kraves!

Friendly people serving up the best thin crust in town. And Denville has a lot of pizzerias! The value is great, prices are pretty low comparatively. The portions are also very generous.
I’m picky about meatballs and they do not disappoint. The flavor is excellent, and they are massive. I was genuinely shocked at the size of those things. Also, the place to go if you like vodka sauce. Complex flavor and lots of it on the drunken margarita. I am not being hyperbolic when I say the garlic knots are basically half garlic, half knot. So much delicious garlic. I love this place.

What was once a breakfast / lunch place is now another Pizzeria / Italian Restaurant in down town denville. Will leave photos and original review for historic reference.
Kraves is always a a good pick when the call for Pizza arises and is one or many local places that makes the rotation. Ordered a small pie, a Margherita pie and some garlic bread. Ordered through the Slice app which is convenient and offers loyalty rewards for continuouspatronage. I believe last time my pizza was free. Nonetheless, pizza was good. Did the small pies being im a Margherita fan and my son is not so small pies allow us both to enjoy what we like. All in all, a solid spot that seems to have a good following. Is it my favorite, no, but always makes for a great meal…

Now that the dust has settled with Kraves Breakfast & Lunch grand opening, paid them a visit on a rainy Sunday for a late morning breakfast with my kids. Was happy to get a seat as soon as we arrived, and happy to see other customers were there and the place was at near capacity. The menu was vast with many options to choose from. We ended up ordering the Sweet Morning Crepes (Your choice of strawberry or banana with whipped cream & powdered sugar or chocolate syrup), Kraves Chorizo House Skillet (Onions, peppers, pepperjack cheese & basted eggs), and the chocolate chip pancakesnwith a side of bacon. I thought the portion size was perfect and left full and satisfied! While I know many people prefer large meals, I would rather eat a full meal and have nothing leftover, than try to reheat food the next day. It is never the same. All in all, it was great breakfast and a great new addition to downtown Denville. Like most restaurants nowadays, the menu pricing is if you pay in cash, and there are signs that state this. If you pay be credit card, there is a small credit fee which is almost a norm nowadays. While it really does not impact me, It is nice to know to bring cash to avoid the credit card surcharge. Welcome Kraves and next visit may order from the lunch menu.***

Stopped here for dinner on the way home from Long Island.
Nice, clean and inviting place to have a meal. We ordered a few premade slices and a couple of garlic knots. I could only eat part of one slice because it was so big and filling. I really enjoyed the Bruschetta slice I had.

Best Margarita pizza and chicken parm!!!! We live near Morristown with so many Italian restaurants and pizzerias and regularly travel to Krave in Denville because they are the best! Jose the owner is so hospitable!
