Our server Grace was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Great options for seed oil/gluten/dairy free. I can really see that the menu options are picked thoughtfully for those with dietary restrictions. We had some deserts alongside other things and enjoyed all of them! I loved the atmosphere and the vibes inside here. I would definetely reccomend here to anyone who’s stopping by at this town

I was lucky enough to come on their Saturday night steak special. It was a New York Strip steak with scalloped potatoes, green beans with the extra mushrooms which you can’t miss. I ordered medium rare and it was perfect.
For dessert I tried the Lemon Berry Cream Mascarpone on the recommendation of the wonderful waitress. I’ve included a picture, you must try it. Enjoy!

This place is nice. It’s not really a cozy atmosphere, more homey and neat. A bit chilly and bright with hard cold surfaces. Food was pretty good. Fresh ground elk burger was great. Kids liked the chili. Yummy sides. Very friendly.

I have been to Harvest Grill on several occasions recently, and have tried their burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. The food quality is outstanding— the beef is locally sourced and grilled to juicy perfection, and the chicken pesto sandwich was tender and delicious. And I love that they offer healthier, seed oil free food. The service is good, even during busy meal times. The recent remodeling work has brightened and opened up the space, making it feel very comfortable.
It’s not fast food, so don’t expect to be in and out in 15 minutes. But if you want to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal with friends, Harvest Grill is an excellent option in Ephraim!

The space has been remodeled and looks amazing! The customer service was top-notch, and the wait time was under 10 minutes. The cowboy burger and turkey sandwich tasted great. The fresh ground sirloin patty and bread are a must try. I highly recommended the 5 cup fruit salad and the seafood macaroni salad.

This place was great! It’s been years since I’ve lived in Ephraim and it’s good to see some more options. These burgers are quality. I got the Santa Fe Burger with the All American potato salad side and it didn’t disappoint. It was unique and had just the right amount of spice. The environment was bright, clean and nicely decorated. Our waitress did an amazing job and was super kind. We will be back when we are in town again! Wish this place the best.

I love that Harvest Grill serves the local community and tourists with seed-oil free options and gluten free options. We need more conscientious restaurants like this in our rural home areas. It’s great to see that it’s also well-patronized by locals. My chicken chili was delicious! The sandwich was good, too. Definitely recommend!
