I ordered the jambalaya bowl and a side called loaded crispy trio. Both of which had a nice spicy kick to them. The jambalaya was very hearty with lots of chicken and sausage as well as vegetables. The loaded trio was was a burst of flavor with the combo of jalapenos, olives, and cheese added to the fries, tortilla strips, and braised beef. Seating area is kinda plain and the reason for 4 stars.

If you’re craving bold, comforting flavors, this spot absolutely delivers. Every dish is packed with rich seasoning and that perfect balance of heat and savory depth. We tried the shrimp po boy, the gumbo, and fries for the kiddos. You can really taste the layers of spices in every bite — warm, smoky, and incredibly satisfying.

And the beignets? Pure perfection. Light, fluffy, and generously dusted with powdered sugar, they melt in your mouth with just the right hint of sweetness. You can also add a topping of your choice. So far I’ve tried chocolate and strawberry. They’re the kind of treat that’s perfect for cooler weather as they are served warm.

Their mango sago drink is soo impressive. It’s refreshingly creamy with bursts of sweet mango flavor and the delightful texture of sago pearls. Cool, smooth, and perfectly balanced, it’s the ideal complement to the bold dishes.

Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish — flavorful food, unforgettable desserts, and drinks that truly stand out.

Gumbo and Jambalaya are so good. If I live down here I would have this two or three times a week

What a great new restaurant in Gilroy. The food was terrific. We had the jambalaya and beignets. They also made me a special ube/coconut cream pearl drink that was out of this world amazing. It’s not on the menu yet but hopefully they’ll add it. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

WOW! Excellent food here! Only have tried the PoBoys so far. Not only do you get your “bang for your buck” but the flavor of the food is off the charts!!
If I had any honest criticism for this place, I’d say ‘Watch the salt’ & ‘Consider better cuts of chicken’
But aside from that I’d still come back!! Yum!!

Jambalaya was good. Chicken Poboy sandwich was subpar. Chicken was stringy and didn’t taste real.

Small spot, solid new orleans style food. Fantastic fried okra, really good fried shrimp sandwich, good gumbo, (could be thicker, more FILET) and beignets (could be crisper). Nice to see in Gilroy, I’ll return.
