Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers – Manchester, CT
I had the chance to stop by the new Raising Cane’s in Manchester, CT (they just opened at the end of October 2025) and went through the drive-thru on 11/12/25 at 1:51 PM.
First impression — the menu looked super limited, and I thought, “That’s it?” But then I remembered that Raising Cane’s was built around the idea of doing a few things really well.
The service was top-notch from start to finish. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, polite, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. You can tell they’re well-trained and take pride in their work — huge kudos to the team working that afternoon!
The food? Outstanding. Fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. The chicken fingers were crispy and juicy, the fries were great, and of course, that Cane’s Sauce never disappoints.
Overall, I’d 100% go back again. I always base my reviews on the customer experience first, and this location really delivered — the great food was just the bonus!

Woof. Guys….this was like $13. Fries were insipid, undercooked, ice cold, and FAR too few in number lol. Like it felt a bit insulting? Chicken was ok, but again super cold and not crispy at all. Soda was super flat. Cole slaw was missing altogether. And 3 *styrofoam* containers for 1 meal is just egregious….y’all really hate this planet?? I will say that staff was great! FOH is doing a fabulous job for opening week!!

New place that just opened today on the corner near the movie theater. It’s absolutely packed and likely will be for a while, but if you can sneak in to grab some chicken fingers it will be worth it. The combo meal I got had chicken fingers, Texas toast, fries and coleslaw. Everything but good but the chicken was the star of thr show and the thing that makes the stop worth it. The employees were all friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of them. I would recommend stopping by and checking out. Make sure to grab some extra sauce, it’s good stuff!

I visited the new Raising Cane’s in Manchester on opening day and it was fantastic!
The combo meals were super tasty and fresh, exactly what I love about Cane’s.
The staff members were friendly, energetic, and really made the experience enjoyable.
The vibe inside is great too — fun atmosphere and very welcoming. I’ve always loved Raising Cane’s when I’ve visited locations in the South, so I’m really happy we finally have one here. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me. Highly recommend!
P.S. Service – Super fast.! No waiting even when there was huge crowd. Well managed traffic at the Parking.

Confirmed – This location skimps on fries. Had to see for myself, but the other lady’s review was accurate. Still pretty tasty, and the drive thru staff was super friendly, but overall disappointing for an area with such chicken competition. Probably will just go to Cheeks or if I’m feeling Canes go to the Enfield one

The people here are truly so kind. I’m from Florida but every time I come to Connecticut to visit my brother I always make sure to stop at Canes. I ordered the Box Combo and it was so good! The chicken is crispy and you can tell that it is fresh. The fries are perfectly salty and I love to dip them into the Canes sauce. The bread is my favorite part of the whole order. It tastes so perfect and I definitely miss it when I travel back. They have some nice music playing and it feels very welcoming. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have a nice time. If your in the area it’s definitely worth stopping for.

Brought my daughters here for opening day. Fastest food I’ve ever got in my life. Food was out 2 mins after we ordered. Super friendly staff! Every single employee did an amazing job today. Congrats to all you guys and thank you!

The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and has a good atmosphere. The food… plain, dry, unseasoned, and simply not worth the time, price or energy. The Coleslew lacks flavor, the chicken fingers are dry and blank. The fries and bread are sadly the best part of the combo and that’s a generous statement.

Location is clean and very well laid out, the chicken was tasteless without the sauce you cant tell what you’re eating. The sauce tastes ok with no smell which I found weird. The breaded part of the chicken has no flavor, tastes like it was flour, egg, flour the fry with 0 seasonings. If I had to pick, most certainly prefer KFC or Popeyes tenders or “fingers” as they call it. Service was on point I will say, friendly, professional and to the point.

Food was amazimg and came out about 2-5mins after I ordered. Now that’s what i call fast food service you cant beat it with handing out fresh food also. Chicken was juicy and tender while fries were cooked and salted to perfection.
The staff was so kind, they make sure all your needs are met with what they can control. What surprised me while eating is they actually come up to you and check on you to see how everything is going. For me that means they care for the customers and want us to feel jus as appreciated as they are to have us (the People) come in and eat. Overall I had a good experience and will continue to eat at canes.
