We love it here. I am so so glad they opened in Stayton. The spicy rolls aren’t particularly spicy, so if you aren’t sure if it will be too hot, you shouldn’t worry too much.

Ye Sushi was phenomenal! Sushi was fresh, unique & delicious. Stayton you’re lucky to have Ye Sushi. Place is small and cute. They were getting packed and we saw several people coming for pick up or carry out. Definite must eat if you’re in the area.

Stopped in today, haven’t been able to get there in a bit! Glad we did! Honestly service fabulous! Host was very attentive, professional and fun to chat with! Chef slayed the sushi! Not only beautiful to look at but absolutely delicious! Clean, friendly and honestly price for what we got was pretty fabulous! Id recommend this place 10 times over and will be back when we can! Took home some Yaki Soba for dinner and ive had this before so I know its going to be amazing! Love this place!!!!! Wish we would have taken a picture of our beautiful boat!!

We went to Ye Sushi for the first (but definitely not the last!) time tonight, and could not believe how good it was! We intended to dine in, but shortly before arriving my partner had started to feel sick, and it got worse quickly so we ended up asking to take our order to go – the staff was so kind and accommodating of the sudden change. When we got back home I was starving and dug in right away, I didn’t even get a picture but please take my word the presentation was beautiful as shown in other review photos, and the food was AMAZING. It was so fresh and flavorful, legitimately on par with high end sushi restaurants in a big city, but without the big city prices and long waits! We spent about $75 for 2 miso soups, 8 orders of nigiri and 3 rolls (1 spicy, 2 special), so we got a lot of food for the price. If you enjoy sushi, you’ll be remiss not to give Ye Sushi a try. I’ll be honest, despite the good reviews I was a little skeptical (I’m a sushi snob!) but their food exceeded my expectations and I am beyond excited to have this absolute gem so close to home!
One thing that really stuck out as I was watching the chefs prepare our order was the care and attention to detail in their preparation. No idea if there’d be enough interest locally for something like this, but if they ever offered an omakase option I would absolutely love to try that!

Amazing food very clean inside and the staff was great. They made a non menu item for me (pokē bow) and did an amazing job. My wife got the lunch special it was $12 for a good amount of food. The fish was fresh and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Stayton, Aumsville area looking for good sushi.

I was stoked to find that Stayton had gotten a sushi restaurant, and this is definitely a place I hope locals will support to grow. The sushi was quite good for a little out-of-the-way spot. The ambiance in the strip-mall was a bit dull: hopefully they can enhance that and spend more time with the TV off. We didn’t much care for the TV, as a date spot.

Ye Sushi was amazing! Service was quick and friendly. The best fresh sushi I have eaten in years. My husband ate the beef yakisoba and he said the beef was so tender and delicious. He was very impressed. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Thank you!
