Not sure what has changed since last month but something has. We ordered our usual pizza and it was not good. We ordered carryout, the bbq chicken pizza had total of 4 pieces of chicken on it, my son counted them lol and was doughy. Our extra pepperoni was also very doughy and tasted raw in the thicker areas despite selecting well done for the bake, was also supposed to be light sauce and cheese but had extra. The thin meattzza pizza had too much sauce and less meat than usual as well. The only thing that was as ordered and good was the philly cheese steak loaded tots, our son said those were good so that is why I give it 2 stars.

I used to love the macaroni and cheese. I just ordered some for delivery after not having had in a while. It was so overcooked and dry. It was completely burnt. Some of the noodles were even hard and crunchy because it was so overcooked. I just threw it away because It’s not even worth calling them to take care of it. When you do they give you attitude like you’re the problem, even though they didn’t make something right. I’ve had that happen with their sandwiches many times and just finally stopped ordering them. Looks like the mac & cheese is off the menu too. I may just need to find any pizza place altogether.

Went to pickup a online order I placed, Giftcard was acting up and the lady at first was very patient and nice about the entire situation, got the gift card to work and at the end of me getting my pizza and about to leave I asked her name so I could write a good review with her in it for her patience and kindness. She proceeded to slam the window in my face after asking then opened it back up after 2 seconds and as I went to repeat myself thinking maybe she just didn’t hear me told me to GO and slammed it back and walked off. Very unprofessional and a good review turned into a bad one very quickly. If she didn’t want to share with whatever reason could’ve nicely said so. instead of slamming the window and being rude??? Idk what Dominos teaches there workers but I can guess it’s not to treat paying customers like this. Just ridiculous.

Had some good pizzas here. They were amazing but I was disappointed because I was told by employee their online coupons apparently don’t work anymore because “The price of everything has gone up and the pizzas too” please update your website dominoes.

I ordered a pizza for carryout, picked it up, and arrived home to find that my pizza was made with the wrong sauce. After verifying that I placed the order properly, I called to find out how to get the pizza I ordered. Despite delivering often to our location, the shift manager said that she would remake the pizza but I would have to return to pick it up because she only had 2 delivery drivers at this time. She said she would remake the pizza after the 3 other orders she had “ahead” of me (though I had ordered 2 hours prior for pickup 30 mins before this phone call). After escalating to the general manager, who offered us a free pizza for our next order, the GM refused to deliver a pizza to us tonight because the original order was placed as a carryout so he could not make it into a delivery order. Then I was told I could not talk to someone higher up in the organization. I currently have a voicemail in to the district manager. I eagerly await her response…

I have used dominos for years. I have been a loyal paying customer again, FOR YEARS. I have come to a bad spot and have no food in the house and no money I got on the app just to see if by chance I have an emergency pizza, and sure enough I do. I got excited, this was literally the only way I was going to get to eat today. So I go to place the order, and have it delivered, and didnt realize oh crap, the delivery charge…..fair enough, ill switch it to carry out, I can get someone to take me up there maybe. Tried switching it, and come to find out they wont allow it, it has to be delivery, and also to do delivery on said pizza you have to have an order for $15 or more. So in a nutshell shell, “here’s your free pizza, but only if you pay us 15 dollars”. So its not free at all. And its not an emergency free pizza either, its a buy one get one, which is literally false advertisement. Ive seen people sue companies like this for less. Dominos has lost a customer. I was excited and happy about how they take care of their loyal customers, just to have them spit in my face the day I needed them most. I even tried calling the store and support to explain the situation, just to be told theirs nothing we can do. I’d rather pay pizza hut their outrageous prices in the future than to have someone do this to a me as a loyal customer. Yall can take a thin crust pizza and shove it up there sideways.

First off I want to say that I don’t normally get Domino’s Pizza I usually go to Pizza Hut just saying but I do like Domino’s Pizza……We got the loaded tots that I was really excited about I never had them from there before….. there was 7 tots in there and the 7 tots was burnt….. We also got alfredo I don’t know which one was burnt worse the tots or the Alfredo….. We also got a medium pizza that looked like someone took a hacksaw to it…. the toppings well it looked like it was missing toppings….almost looked like I was eating a pizza that someone picked the toppings off that they wanted lol…… If I hadn’t already drove all the way back home I definitely would have took it back to them…. GOT TO DO BETTER DOMINO’S!!!!
