This is the only Popeyes I’ve ate at so I don’t have much to prepare too but it gives me Sonic vibes because the employees are always outside smoking. If you go at night there’s no way you get the correct order or they miss half of the order. Day time isn’t much better. However The couple meals (I’ve had in the past that was made correctly), were amazing. They just need good help.

Always a good meal at Popeyes! Had the two-piece box, with two sides, and a biscuit, for just six bucks! Nowhere. Can you go for that price? Anywhere at a fast food chain anymore! I am extremely disappointed and honestly furious with my recent experience at this Popeyes location as well as the corporate response that followed. My child had been excited for weeks about trying the new Freddy Fazbear meal, so our whole family decided to order it together. What we received was nothing short of unacceptable.
Every single chicken tender tasted like it was cooked two days ago, hard as a rock and completely inedible. The cheese bites were lukewarm and tasted like they had been fried in grease that should have been thrown out a year ago. The cupcake cups were ice cold and partially frozen. To make matters worse, the restaurant even forgot my free 6 piece wings.
When we arrived home and discovered the issues, I tried calling the restaurant immediately, only to find that they simply would not pick up the phone. Returning to the store was not an option at the time. Attempting to contact customer support was not any easier because the app was useless since the store had not even marked my order as completed, preventing me from submitting a complaint.
After finally getting ahold of a customer support agent via email, I was offered a 20 dollar coupon for nearly 50 dollars worth of missing and inedible food. A coupon that still has not arrived in my app after being told to basically take it or leave it. That response alone shows how little this location values its customers.
This is not the first time I have had missing items or cold/old food from this store, but it will absolutely be the last. I work at the nearby major manufacturing plant, and when Popeyes comes up as a catering option, I will personally make sure they understand the kind of quality they can expect if they choose this location.
Do better. This was embarrassing.

My first experience at the Georgetown location and when I got home my chicken was cold and the breading was chewy and tough. My fries were cold as well. The best part of my meal was the biscuit. I’ve had Popeyes before at another location and it was delicious, but not sure I’ll be back to this location. I was not impressed and felt irritated at wasting money on my meal.

Went through the drive through here and not only did i see who I assume is the manager yelling at an employee while they were trying to give me my food, but also got yelled at by him. Absolutely despicable service and as if that wasn’t enough, they not only gave us the wrong kind of wings, but also barely any sauce and a less than half way full large fry.

I want to like Popeyes so bad, but this location never provides food up to standard. The chicken is never fresh. It’s chewy, and hard. The fries are overcooked. I’ve given it multiple tries in hopes that the restaurant was having a rough day. I’ve had to wait on my food and still received old chicken. Definitely not worth the price, and Canes across the street at least gives you fresh food.

Food was old, the tenders were completely pathetic, mostly breading with old dry chicken. Also got 2 piece dark meat and got 2 legs… also old and dry. There’s a kfc next door, You’re probably better off going there, especially for what Popeyes charges.

Food wasn’t cooked all the way and it was cold. Got home my husband called and complained. They told him to come back for fresh food. So he returns the old food for hot “fresh food” smh still wasn’t fresh. Tasted like they redipped it. They weren’t busy so I’m sure it was just setting there.

The slowest location in the state of Kentucky it’s the 2nd one in Georgetown with the first one going out of buisness do to lack of customers. This will happen to this one as well. No matter the time of day service is so slow. I’ve only seen gloves worn a few times being there. I DoorDash this location a few times a week and never wait less than 15 minutes for food and there is never more than five people in the dine in and drive thru. I recommend driving to Kroger and buying fresh chicken there and going back to the house and cooking it yourself. It will be finished faster and you don’t have to worry about random people touching your food with no gloves.
