It was very busy and they didn’t give me a whole pizza I was supposed to get. When my friend called she was told it was too busy to make it now and just kept making excuses for “the new guy.” I appreciate the fact that he was new but stop making excuses and make it RIGHT. I’m not a huge fan of pizza hut anyway but it just keeps getting worse and not convincing me to give it another try. It looks burned and lime it had been sitting there for a few hours. This happened less than a half hour ago.

This place is always fresh, hot, and always on time. I love how your phone let’s you know exactly when your food will pull up in your driveway!!! 5 stars all the way. Delivery drivers are always polite as well from my exp. I’m a huge pizza hut fan!!!

Ok it was busy I get it. Took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge me at pick up window. I paid for my online order. And when I was receiving my order, I had to ask about the second pizza of 2 that I ordered. Got home and started eating and first thing was where is the sauce? I ordered with BBQ sauce and I couldn’t even taste any. Doubting any was put on. Garlic wings were overloaded with sauce. Probrably not sauce in bowl than my pizza. Wife had same issue with regular sauce. Boils down to I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Not when we have Dominoes, Fat Boys, Rosatis and Jewel near by. Not a good way to watch the Super Bowl. See ya!!!!!!!!

I ordered the big dinner box because I like the rectangle pizza. When I went to pick it up they gave me 2 medium pizzas (circle). I said no I ordered a big dinner box and they told me that they don’t make the rectangle pizzas anymore, it’s the same size as the medium pizza so that’s what they do now. In my opinion those are two totally different pizzas, even when ordering it tells you this pizza is rectangle. There is no real crust on the rectangle pizza like the circle one has and it just is fluffier and tastes better. This should definitely be disclosed when ordering.

They have specials every time I go to get the special they always claim they’re out of dough that way they don’t have to honor the special filing a complaint with corporate and the Better Business Bureau on this this is false advertisement at its finest. Sorry, can I tell you how the food is because I never get any because again they never have anything I try to order.

I ordered 63 dollars worth of food I tipped ten dollars my pizza came and 2 out of 3 of my pizzas were not cooked all the way my pepperoni wasn’t even cooked it looked like it came out the cooler and was just thrown on my pizza it was mushy and have of it had sauce no cheese or toppings on it also I called to get my pizza replaced 70 dollars is a lot for a couple pizzas we couldn’t eat and the person I spoke to told that’s just how it comes and hung up on me I will never use them again I wasted my money on garbage I couldn’t feed my kids so they ate cereal and Ramen very disappointed and I want my money back and an apology I still have the pizza and I’ll be calling corporate

I ordered my 2 pizzas on your app with limited difficulty. It was only after I placed my order that I was made aware of a 2 hour and 45 minute delivery time. I understand there is a worker shortage, but your company should make your customers aware of this fact before you allow them to complete their order.

Did the drive thru! Ordered 3 different pizzas and I got what I ordered. All went well. Pizza Hut food taste the same where ever you go so I knew what to expect. The pizza was hot and fresh. No complaints here. Love when there is a special too!

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, went to pick it up & it wasn’t stuffed crust. They admitted the mistake was on their end & the offered to remake it. I had to wait all over again & when I returned to pick it up the 2nd time, they charged me full price, never even took $1 off for the inconvenience, didn’t throw an order of bread sticks in or even give a coupon for a couple of bucks off of the next order.
