We started with a small cup of complimentary mutton soup—hot, fragrant, and a perfect palate cleanser. For the starters, we had Talava Gosht (mutton fry with semi-gravy) served with Rumali Roti. I’m usually not a mutton person, but this was juicy, tender, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth—so good that it was gone in seconds! Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to snap a picture before finishing it (check my attached pics to see the bones-only proof of how tasty it was!).
Next, we tried the Chicken చీకులు. I expected it in the traditional Araku Valley style on wooden sticks, but it came in a bowl instead. No complaints—the smoky aroma and flavor were excellent.
For the main course, we had Mutton Haneeth Mandi. The rice was calm, flavorful, and comforting, perfectly complementing the rich mutton. Unlike regular masala rice, this mandi-style rice lets the meat shine with its bomb of flavors.
If you’re looking for authentic mandi in Arlington, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended!

I ordered Chicken Zurbian mandi, Mutton Madfoon mandi, chicken seekulu, rumali roti, and Mutton Karahi, and the total bill came around 82$. The food was really fresh and the mandi was very tasty, especially the Mutton Madfoon mandi (I forgot to take a photo of it). The chicken seekulu was very tender. The Mutton Karahi had a different but very good taste and went really well with the rumali roti. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again, hoping they keep the same taste.

I want to start by saying the customer service was A+. The gentleman that was on staff tonight ( around 11:30 pm) was so polite and welcoming, and since it was my first time recommended the Juicy chicken Mandi.
Ordered the Zurbian chicken (juicy) tonight. It was recommended to order medium spicy as being the most popular. Big mistake for me, it is insanely spicy unless I was given hot and not medium. Mind you I love some spice but it was totally inedible for me due to spice heat level. I took 3 or 4 bites but was unable to eat anything further due to the heat. It was totally overwhelming for my personal taste. Flavor is great if you can do spicy, but I was so disappointed as I cannot tolerate the spice level and will have to toss it. A bit bummed as I was truly looking forward to late night dinner, and trying the food after seeing so many good reviews.
I would like togive another try a different time but my mistake for not getting low spicy or mild instead.
For those who like next level spice though THIS IS FOR YOU 100%

It had been a long time since I last enjoyed a proper mandi and while searching for the best places, I came across Habibi Royal Mandi.I decided to try their Zurbian Mutton Juicy Mandi and honestly it was absolutely amazing.Smooth,perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection.Loved it ❤️

Had juicy chicken mandi, flashman fried rice and rumali roti. Flashman fried rice is really really good♥️ it tasted same like the fried rice/noodles that we get in Indian street food. The mandi was also nice but I felt the almonds weren’t needed. I ordered both medium spice level. I just hope they don’t change the chef for the fried rice. Total bill was around 45$.

Tried this mandi place recently and it was really good. The rice was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the portions were generous. Great taste and quick service. Definitely worth trying if you like mandi.

We recently tried the mandi here and had a great experience. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the chicken was tender and juicy, full of flavor. The paneer tikka mandi was equally impressive and very well prepared. Overall, everything was satisfying, and the quality of food was excellent. Got Mutton juicy Mandi and Pandem Kodi Kaju Pakodi, the portion size is good. The Mutton is fresh and tender, loved it. Best mandi that I have tried here. Haleem is also good. It’s definitely worth the price. Must try❤️❤️
