Everything on the menu is delicious, but you must try the chole bhature, wraps, and soya chaap — they are really awesome and full of desi flavors that remind you of home. ✨
The food quality is excellent, the cleanliness is top-notch, and they also have outdoor seating, which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and treats customers with great warmth, making the whole experience even better.
Highly recommended — please do visit, guys!

10/21/24 Monday
Actually we came to eat vada pav from swaraj food truck then saw this truck opposite same lot so wanted to give a try.
We ordered Amritsri chhole kulche, khajur kheer all were excellent taste.
Everyone must try. We will definitely come back n try more menu items.
Great service, lovely food. Definitely coming back. Palak patta chat was very yum.
Next up was the malai soya chaat, which was equally delightful. The soya was marinated and cooked to perfection, creamy and flavorful with a hint of smokiness. It’s the ideal dish for those who enjoy a blend of texture and taste that’s both satisfying and refreshing.
I also tried the paneer kathi wrap, which was loaded with paneer and packed with flavor. It was filling and wholesome, with soft paneer cubes marinated in spices, paired with fresh veggies and wrapped in a soft paratha. It’s the perfect grab-and-go meal for those on the move but still wanting a hearty, flavorful bite.
To wrap up the evening, I sipped on a hot cup of kadak chai, which was exactly what I needed for the chilling evening. The chai was strong, aromatic, and had just the right amount of spices to warm me up.
What’s even more impressive is that the chef behind this street food truck has worked at renowned places like Amber India and Yellow Chilli restaurants. With that kind of culinary expertise, it’s no wonder the food is as yummy as it is! You can truly expect restaurant-quality flavors with a street food vibe, making it a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors in Milpitas.
Malai chaap is just soft and tasty. Didn’t have anything like that so far in the area.
Gajrela was delicious and not a sugar rush. They have other dessert too.
Food will be the most important option here. Good people
