We had coffee in a coffee shop and were looking for a quick bite to eat, they recommended this place to us, they said that the sandwiches were delicious, we came to Lyrics, when we were going to order we were told to go outside, because someone would stay with the coffee outside, and then place the order. And there was a not very polite manager, as she was rude. In general, we all got a bad mood and we didn’t want to wait 25 minutes for their sandwiches. I hope you will change your policy and be more customer-oriented)

I mainly go through the drive thru. The service is fantastic! The people working the window are so pleasant! It would be helpful to post your specials in a place where people can pick before getting to the window. Also, I would definitely buy vegan bakery items if they were available.

Once a week I treat myself to a warm marionberry scone, and I am never disappointed! I am always greeted with a smile and sent off with a friendly “have a great day”. If you haven’t been before, and you like marionberries, be sure to go and get a scone!

Ordered a SW chicken wrap with no chicken or cheese (vegan). I got a wrap filled with lettuce a few cherry tomatoes and about a tablespoon of avocado. No beans, no corn. Very disappointing.
