Waited in line forever just to place an order. My sub sandwich had about 10% meat on it, and about 90% mustard. Absolutely disgusting

Thumbs down, Jersey Mike’s. Thumbs down. I included some pictures, but I will also describe the experience.

We came in for some lunch and I should have known I chose poorly by the lack of patrons. We decided and ordered. So, this is the 2nd time we have been here and it didn’t dawn on me, but now I remember I didn’t like it the 1st time either.

The service was average, they took our order, there is really no room to go above and beyond here unless you decided you wanted to be a people person and maybe ask someone how their day is. Average service. They are selling sandwiches. I get it.

We paid and that is when I saw it was a Pepsi place. I said, “Awwww man, Pepsi…gross.” There was a dude at the machine who turned and looked at me and said all loud, “I KNOW! I hate Pepsi.” That made me laugh. That was the last shred of happiness I had there. I shared it with a weird stranger.

The atmosphere is alright. It’s clean, it’s what you would want for a food establishment. The seating is really cramped. You could just do grab and go or eat in your car. Don’t give people the false hope of getting comfortable.

The food. Google the menu, then look at what posted. The food isn’t good. It’s inconsistent. I’m not sure how they did it, but they managed to only get half the cheese warm and melty. As you can see in the photos, half the cheese is cold. Impressive. One sandwich has meat in it. One sandwich has just enough to hide inside the bread. After I finished my half cold bread sandwich the Dominos delivery guy showed up and delivered pizza to the staff. EVEN THEY DONT EAT HERE. Hilarious. I shoulda got pizza.

Will I return? Rock hard pass. Go outside this location, look left and right. There are other options in that marketplace. Not worth the money. At all.

By far, one of the worst experiences I have ever had going to any place to eat ever I went in there to order three subs I asked for ranch and blue cheese to not be put on my subs the employees there Gave me so much attitude for asking and rushed to me and made me feel super uncomfortable when I was trying to order me I am Mexican and clearly so were they because I overheard them talking shit about me in Spanish, which is absolutely Not OK from any place at all to talk shit about a customer right in front of them no matter what language it’s in. I am extremely disappointed and I absolutely hated coming here. I wish no one else ever goes to this place because how disgusting the Staff treat customers who come into this store. It is not OK in anyway, and this is coming from someone who works at a fast food place and as a manager there all of those people should be fired.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I ate here yesterday and with in an hour we were both exhibiting symptoms of food poisoning. I called the store to report this today and was met with attitude and defensiveness. I asked for the manager, whom refused to come on the phone. The person I spoke to was rude, and was refusing to listen. The only thing my husband I had in common on our sandwiches was lettuce and tomatoes (I had a turkey bowl with lettuce and tomato and my husband had the italian with lettuce and tomato). My mom got a turkey with no lettuce and no tomato and she is fine. They stated that it was impossible for that to be the reason because they cut it every day. Which doesn’t matter. If the produce was not cleaned thoroughly or proper handwashing is not in practice, this could cause food poisoning. When asked what it is that I wanted out of this conversation I simply stated that I wanted to make sure no one else got sick and was yet again met with attitude.

This location is amazing, staff took their time to recommend some of their favs subs. Cleaned dinning area and the most important for me the restrooms were clean as well. I definitely will be back to this location, trip is worth it.

Well, I guess Mike’s Way is a death glare and a burrito sandwich because if you come here 20 minutes before closing the employees look like they want to kill you and they slap your sandwich together like a burrito. Guess the workers don’t know that sandwiches is what pays the bills. Maybe change you hours of operation? Wow

Every time I go to this Jersey Mike’s, I am greeted, respected, and provided with excellent customer service, not to mention the food is always fresh and my order is always accurate. I feel like a human being and not a dollar sign. Thank you so much to the staff for always treating me with kindness. God bless you all! Great customer service just doesn’t exist anymore these days. Go to THIS Jersey Mike’s and tip them well!
