On a visit to my parents in The Villages, I decided to try Hungry Howie’s, near the Winn Dixie. It was delicious! I got the small 10″ Asian Chicken specialty pizza. The Korean-inspired barbecue sauce was tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy. They provided a generous portion of chicken too. And the bell pep and red onion provided some freshness and crunch. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and they gave me their Wednesday special deal. . This pizza was phenomenal, it was the most juiciest, succulent delicious pizza I have ever had in many years. This was my first time at this location and I wish I would have taken a picture of it. . Great job Hungry Howie’s!!!!

The food is good, if you get it and they get it right. Writing this review because twice in a row now they’ve failed to deliver my entire order, and instead of refunding me the difference or sending someone out with what they forgot, they’ve offered me some other complimentary thing the next time I order by phone – with minimum purchase. Shouldn’t have to spend more to get what I paid for. Maybe carryout is okay.

Man oh man the butter crust was a good idea! I just wanna say thank you for working and delivering at this time. It gave us dinner and it was well enjoyed. The pizza is great and wings even better I had to get two orders. Something bout them oven baked wings please do t ever change them. Nasty, disgusting place. I went in here to pick up an order around 1:45. I stepped into the men’s room and had to immediately step back out. There was urine in the toilet, on the toilet, and a big, big, big puddle of urine around the toilet. I don’t understand why Florida business’s are allowing their bathrooms to be so disgusting. Don’t you people clean your bathrooms at home? If this was a week day I would have called the Health Department on you.

Corporate rip off. They’ve got a 2 topper large special for you right now. Only those Two toppings are sauce and cheese. They then charge you for actual toppings. I hear the pizza here sux but the delivery drivers are even worse. My daughter and I were driving home on our golf cart in the golf cart lane and a white Ford explorer with the hungry howies magnetic sign on the roof came screaming up beside us clearly speeding trying to beat us to the turn into the back of hungry howies. They slammed on their brakes halfway thru the turn making us slam on our brakes almost throwing my daughter out of the cart. The driver of the Ford proceeded to gun the car and squealed away. This driver clearly has no idea how to drive in the villages nor should they be allowed to deliver for local businesses.

I have been ordering from this location for over 5 years now and left a five-star review which after today will permanently be at 1 star…. If you want a location where they mess up your food then give you a credit that they eventually lose after trying to use said credit multiple times but there’s always a stipulatio or even better a time where you call in to use your credit and the worker and manager make the statement it’s their busy hours they’re too busy to look up my account I should try calling back again later after the dinner rush….
