Our experience at this Subway was just okay. We struggled to find another restaurant with vegan options, so we ended up here. I ordered a make-your-own sandwich, but I was disappointed with the amount of veggies they provided; it was significantly less compared to other Subways I’ve visited. Additionally, they didn’t have enough guacamole to apply to my sandwich—the server was scraping the bottom of the container to get some out. It would have been better if they had refilled their serving boxes.

I stopped here on my road trip after visiting the Devil’s Tower, Mount Rushmore, and Crazy Horse – I was hungry!
It was not too crowded when I went. The employees were really nice and efficient – each handling a different portion of the process. Sandwich turned out just as I wanted. Thank you guys! I appreciate being in and out so quickly.

They generally have very nice & efficient staff there. However there is one new staff member there that is clearly not very motivated. She has a bit of an attitude with customers. The rest of the staff are great. Otherwise, clean lobby, good food & decent prices

I went in at 10am when it opened. The 2 ladies where nice but,,,,the bread was toasted too long and it was toasted (literally)…. people have different tastes….so maybe ask the amount of sauce next time before it gets put on because when it gets wrapped up you can’t hold the hard sandwich when the sauce is all over the outside of the toast,,and is dripping out of the toast sandwich. Total disappointment after leaving 2 other places in town to come here thinking its a guarantee.

I love the fact that they offer you choices that are very healthy and reasonably low in calories. I just wish the bread was a little bit tastier. I prefer a hard yeasty bread. However some people may actually prefer their type of bread. I had the Black Forest ham sub and it was very good

Went to this Subway on 8/27/16 around 7pm.
Stood in line for 15 minutes while the 3 girls working took literally forever on the 2 customers in front of me. One guy that was behind me left because of the wait time.
The girls were friendly, but didnt have an idea of what they were doing. Half the ingredients on my wife’s sandwich were left off. It took 7 minutes for 3 people to make 2 sandwiches.
Less than impressed, quite disappointed.
