This food truck was surprisingly good! My wife and I stopped by yesterday while in Hot Springs. We were lured in by the pleasant aroma of hickory smoke from the wood fire grill. There was an array of options to choose from on the menu. We ordered the meatballs for an appetizer and the deluxe calzone for the main dish. This was probably the best and most authentic Italian food I’ve had since being in Arkansas. Everything was made from scratch and fresh to order. I’m not big on Italian food but this definitely did not disappoint!!! The portions are generous and the customer service was excellent as well. I will definitely be making my way back to try more items from the menu. Add Maeposas to your list of places to try

Ordered alfredo with chicken, peppers , and roasted garlic for lunch today. Amazing, no notes. You have to try their cheesecake! I love cheesecake and it is one of the best I’ve ever had. Service was great. I can’t say enough how good their food is and everyone needs to go try it.

Every single time we eat here, it tastes like someone actually cares. It genuinely tastes like real, homemade food. The wood-fired pizza is perfectly balanced (crispy, chewy, appropriate amount of toppings), and the flavors feel comforting and nostalgic in the best way; not overbearing. Everything is simply balanced. Also, the ingredients are fresh and actually of quality. You can tell this place isn’t cutting corners. Absolutely obsessed! Their pasta and desserts are also phenomenal, we haven’t found a single dud on the menu. To end this review, I must stress that the owners are humble, kind, and so very knowledgeable from all their travels abroad and we are lucky to have this experience brought here locally. Truly a hidden gem in Hot Springs, an absolute must try—these guys are going to be a big deal. Every single time we eat here, it tastes like someone actually cares. Can’t believe how amazing this place is!! Stumbled into this food truck (surrounded by other great trucks) last night. All I can say is wow – the pasta is hands down the best I’ve had in a minute. Fresh made noodles, vodka sauce, tender meatballs, and parm – I’m still drooling. Husband got a delicious pizza. Will absolutely be back anytime we drive through!

Bruschetta was amazing and I really like the care they put into packaging it Togo for me. The pizza was one of the best ive had in a very long time. I ordered the Funghi Bacon and added arugula and roasted garlic. Would definitely recommend and order both again. I got the 10in pizza and my only feedback is next time I would ask for it to be cut into 6 slices vs the 4 this time. Thanks for Dinner!

When we first arrived, we were disappointed because they ran out of dough for pizzas (due to a large order from the convention center). I felt like we were settling for their chicken alfredo, but my word!! The Alfredo was amazing! So flavorful and delicious.
We also got mozzarella sticks, bruschetta (unbelievably tasty), baked peaches, and tiramisu.
Everything was delicious. And they make their pasta in-house (food truck). We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the pizza!
Also, the 420 Food Truck park is a fun, outdoor setting with plenty of tables, chairs, shade, and games.

10/10 RECOMMEND!!! This is my second time here. This time, I got the Primavera Pasta (requested Gluten-Free and Dairy Free/Vegan) & The Signoria/Firestone Pizza (Gluten Free). THEY WERE BOTH AMAZING! The pictures do not do them justice at all!
This pasta? So freaking good. The sauce was super flavorful and all the veggies (spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions) were cooked perfectly. The gluten-free penne had a great bite to it — not mushy at all but also not hard — and the whole thing was just super satisfying without feeling heavy. Honestly didn’t even miss the dairy or wheat.
Now for the pizza! The crust was golden and crispy in the best way — not that unflavored GF cardboard texture that some of them have. It’s loaded with marinara, pepperoni, heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and feta. I have now found my favorite gluten free pizza! It tastes exactly like a regular gluten filled pizza.
I shared both dishes with my 3 year old niece, my sister & my boyfriend (they don’t have dairy or gluten allergies) and they loved everything!!! So even if you don’t have any dietary restrictions, you can enjoy these!! (You can order them with gluten and dairy of course).
Also just to note- they have Milo’s Lemonade as one of their drink options which is always super good.

As you walk up, you can smell the wood fire oven in the air. This makes for an aroma that you associate with barbeque. But, when your mind realizes it is pizza then your senses becomes excited for that authentic crispy pizza crust.
We ordered “The Noodles” . I was expecting the normal pasta taste that you get at any standard pasta place. However, I actually got a unique blend of handmade noodles that stood out, a robust sauce and cheese that was definitely exceptional.
Overall, Maeposas offers an authentic Italian dining experience with great food and a charming atmosphere at 420 Eats. I’ll definitely be back to try their wood fire pizzas.
