Ludlow Coffee is an amazing and cozy little coffee shop. I go here weekly to get my beans to brew at home, but also stop in for drinks from time to time. They have great coffee! I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. James is an exceptional barista and kind/caring owner. He truly makes this coffee shop what it is! Happy to have this place in my area.

I hate to do this, but maybe the owner will take it in consideration that she’s scaring people away.
I travel 30 mins to come get this coffee BECAUSE ITS GREAT!! Best part of my day. However there is a young woman that works in there and she isn’t very friendly. I have expressed this to the owner and I don’t think he understand. She is actually pretty rude and refuses to make my coffee how I want it. It’s scaring me away. When I see her through the window I walk back to my car, same as if I walk in and see her. When I talked to him he said maybe she was having a rough day ect and he would teach her how to make what me and other people like, it’s been weeks I walk in today and give her the benefit of the doubt and she immediately had a bad look on her face and told me “no” when I asked if she could make me

The point of the story is, You were losing money and customers. If that person doesn’t know how to make coffees, they should be looking into another job. And maybe not work with the public if they’re gonna be rude to people and have a nasty look on their face.

It was my first time in ludlow coffee and it was a very cool shop. The owner James was a really cool and professional person. He made me feel like we knew each other for years. The service was great. Very good and hot coffee. 10/10 experience I highly recommend this cool local shop!

Public Service Announcement: STOP IN THIS SHOP!!! You will not regret it. Ludlow Coffee was an unexpected bright spot in our Saturday!! It’s a tiny little place that packed the friendliest punch we have ever experienced in a coffee shop (and we visit a new one every week). We should have known the place was good when there was a line out the door. While we waited we watched the barista thoughtfully, carefully and quickly make everyone’s drinks while taking time to talk to each customer…..asking what their day held…..telling them to have a good day…….complimenting people…….
We figured the friendliest might dull by time we made it through the fairly long line – NOPE. He was just as kind and engaging with us as he had been with every customer before us. We ate our muffins and enjoyed our coffee inside the shop and had so much fun watching the barista truly enjoy his job. It was refreshing. This shop and barista obviously offers more than coffee – it offers a small town friendliness and vibe that everyone needs ❤️
PS – the coffee was delish and priced just right!

Just stopped for the first time today as I was coming through. Neat place, fun atmosphere inside. Very nice and friendly and quick and my latte was perfect. Will certainly go again when in Ludlow!

recently moved to the area and just stumbled upon this amazing little coffee shop! it’s got the best small town, welcoming vibe, unlike some stale, cold coffee shops. the iced latte w/lavender syrup was incredible! they offer local pastries. all for a fair price. the owner, James, was so friendly! they even have a shop dog/are dog friendly! indoor and outdoor seating. i will absolutely return.

I got a mocha with an extra shot (which was delicious) and the brown bag option. It was only $5 for a laughing cow wedge, a boiled egg, a kind bar, grapes, and two slices of pita bread! And it was so filling and well-rounded. I wish I lived closer so I could come by more often.

Seriously the nicest owner. You feel very welcome when you come in. A very cute and cozy place with great coffee. Pastries sell out fast some days but those we have had were very good.
