We ordered Dumplings to start and they were very good. Mains were Eggplant in Brown Gravy and Hunan Beef. Both were generous servings and delicious. The dining room could use a little love, but they do mainly Take Out. Would Recommend.

My order was placed via Uber Eats. Once my food arrived, I couldn’t have been more pleased! Both the quality and quantity of the food exceeded my expectations, everything was amazing, and the price is very reasonable! I will definitely be ordering from Flo’s again, and I look forward to trying additional items as well!

A hidden Taiwanese gem in Maryland. The chef constantly rotates authentic Taiwanese dishes and they are all delicious. It definitely brings you back to Taiwan. be sure to try the taiwanese oyster pancake, it’s the best in USA that I have tried.

Found a new go-to spot!!! Wow. My dad and I stopped in here for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised by how great the food was. My dad started off with hot & sour soup which he loves and is quite picky about. He always doctors it with extra sauces/spices. But he said this one was delicious as-is and didn’t need anything, and I don’t think I’ve ever heard him say that before
Then we ordered the kung pao chicken and shrimp (comes with both) because the woman working there said it was one of their specialties. I can see why, it was amazing!! Simple, but done really well. The chicken had a wonderful crunchy and caramelized texture, and the shrimp was *perfectly* cooked. Nothing fancy, just flavorful, fresh, and GOOD food. The last thing we ordered was the dry green beans, one of my favorite veggie dishes, and that was great too. Very reasonably priced with generous portions. We had enough food to take home and eat for dinner even though we only ordered 3 things.
The people who work there are incredibly nice. The waitress brought us complimentary spring rolls when we said it was our first time coming in and she gave me an extra bowl of hot & sour soup “to try.” Really friendly, and we talked to her about their restaurant and about Taiwan for a while afterwards. Most of their menu is western Chinese food (fine by us as Americans) but I think they have a separate menu in Chinese with their authentic Taiwanese dishes. Will definitely be coming back to try some of those!
So happy we happened to come here, we have been searching for a place like this for a long time

We had food several times here and every time their food exceeded expectations. We love that they have a weekly special menu and you can order a prefix meal set. We had great olive steam fish, stir fry clams, sour cabbage intestine, and fish stew. We loved every single one of them and we always ordered a bunch of bento boxes to go. I will definitely go here every time we are in the area no doubt. Highly recommend.

Not going to lie – my mom owns this place. None of us wanted her to get a restaurant and still don’t love that she has one, but the food is pretty good. I also love fried chicken and somehow this place has the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. And the employees are very friendly.
The decor is…okay. We have offered to redesign and renovate it. A lot of the stuff is from our house growing up, like the stickers of cats that don’t go with anything, but it’s kind of funny to see. Very quirky? I do think my mom did a good job painting fish and stuff on the floor, though she made me paint her floor with yellow paint that seems like leftover yellow road paint.

Hole in the wall, but one of the most authentic Taiwanese restaurants in the DC area. Portions are quite large as well. Probably not the most romantic place for first date, but great for a delicious family meal at reasonable price.
