They take great pride in quality control, the beard is the freshest I’ve ever experienced living here for a few years now.
They even close their containers for meats and veggies to not dry out or lose freshness when business is slow.
The way this location is ran by the staff makes me absolutely thrilled to come here.

Grabbed a quick sandwich here today while running errands. Everything was made to order and staff were friendly. It was busy during lunch, so the line moved slowly, but nothing unreasonable. Afterward, Thai Yoga Bodywork at NNY Massage helped me fully decompress and reset.

This place smells amazing when you first walk in. The overall store was very clean. As seen in the picture, the food was fresh and well stocked. The glass window over the food was sparkling clean, too! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were helped immediately and didn’t have any issues with our order. We will be back!

Your employee Lisa is extremely rude. I was in there twice today both times very rude. The second time she was too busy stuffing her face to be bothered and was rude yet again. Next time I’ll make a corporate complaint if she’s not able to have somewhat a decent customer service attitude. Something tells me this is not the first time.

We have ordered several times and seems to be a reoccurrence of adding toppings to subs. I have put more on just about all items as each time the toppings seem to get fewer and fewer. This last sub ordered shows more lettuce and I got almost no lettuce at all. Would not recommend to anyone

I went into the store to place an order. Waited patiently for 10 minutes while the employees make a mobile order. And when they finish they completely ignored the fact I was standing in line and helped the person thay came in after me! This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. Apparently the expression “first come, first serve” doesn’t apply with this store!

I love Subway, but this location has a rude supervisor Sierra with no customer service experience. I asked her for a buffalo chicken. She told me there was no longer a buffalo chicken on the menu so I’ll ask her what other options they wear for chicken and she really just said it’s all up there. She didn’t even wanna take the time to go over with me about what they had a manager with experience would’ve taken the time to tell me the options for chicken on the menu. Terrible service will not come back.
