The person at the counter (female with red ish hair) was extremely rude!! EXTREMELY. People needed updates on time to completion and she refused to compare orders to various apps of people waiting. Claiming she couldn’t look orders up or cross reference them. Truth is at every PapaJohns they’re able to look orders up that are pending. When this was pointed out she was very rude, audibly in-front of all of the customers, and again refused to confirm orders. I’ve delivered for multiple pizza places in Mount Pleasant, all room behind of the weekends, NONE are this rude.

Worse pizza I have ever had! Supposed to original crust. Dough did not rise and bottom was burnt with a bad taste. Very little sauce. Could see unbaked bread on top. Very disappointing. I have ordered here before and it was excellent. What happened- New employee?

I ordered a Shaq-a-Roni pizza for coworkers and received a regular pepperoni pizza with hardly any cheese. I called customer service and was told I had to wait for someone to call me , this was 2 days ago. Poor customer service. All I asked was to replace with the correct pizza , the lady told me they wouldn’t be able to change it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Disappointing because I only ordered pizza from Papa John’s.

I ordered delivery, and my order was totally incorrect and also missing 2 sodas. I called them and they did not correct the problem.
The Indian girl that took the order spoke with a very thick accent that was hard to understand. She was upset with me because I couldn’t understand her and asked her to repeat what she said so I could understand. Seems like all of the major pizza brands (Papa Johns and Dominos) are outsourcing by using call centers in India.
I will never order from this Papa Johns Pizza location again!

Ordered the new Calzone Pappa Bites and they were terrible! I don’t know if it was grease, or some kind of butter but there was so much that it was practically floating in jt. It was pouring out of the sides. The single worker was friendly even though they notified me that my order was ready long before it was. (The app but they tell the app the status at the store) considering it was lunchtime during the week and they only had one customer (me) during the 30 minutes I was waiting tells me they are hurting for business.

NO GLOVES!! I asked if it’s a requirement to wear gloves and wash your hands and the manager said no, that papa johns pizza doesn’t require hands being washed before touching the food or to wear gloves! I was SHOCKED to get that response! “Wow!”
We ordered delivery before a couple of nights earlier and my hubby got sick.. i didnt even think of the pizza and now im wondering if it was from these employee’s dirty hands. His uniform looked so dirty.. . No refunds were allowed and so we had to take those pizzas and throw them away. His hands were touching everything!! SO DISGUSTING!! Never ordering from papa johns again!!!
Why employee people that have attitudes and clearly don’t want to work? And now no one has to follow food handling requirements… sad… even more sad that Papa John’s doesn’t even care! I wint be buying from Papa John’s again until they start requiring the staff to were gloves when handling food.
The health department should be notified.

Truly a top notch experience. I needed 30 pies baked same day for a school function. Our previous plan had fallen through. The manager handled the order, helped to figure out the best timing for pick up and delivered everything to my car to help me stay on time. I do these types of school functions, feeding 90 kids, often, and this was hands down the best experience by the vendor I have had this year.

Cashier decided to give themself a $5 tip when I sent my teenager to pay for a pickup order for me. When tip popped up on the pinpad they turned the screen around and pressed a button. Checked my account and needless to say I realized what they did when I compared the total to my receipt.

Walked into Papa John’s Park West ready to order a pizza around 4pm today. They must have all the business they will ever need. Did not get the manager’s name- short guy, dark hair and glasses . He was extremely rude and did not care to tell me about any specials or sell me a pizza.
I had forgotten why we stopped ordering from Papa John’s, but now I remember! Left there and went straight to Matt’s Pizza- receiving friendly , polite , helpful ,exceptional service and fantastic pizza !!!!!!
