The worst 20 bucks I’ve ever spent in my life. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. The Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. The mashed potatoes were pretty good. Recommend that. The French fries were not that good. And the other French fries were not that good. The biscuits were raw, how to cook Em myself, and there is black mold on the wall. When you walk in behind the counter? I mean, if you walk in, you can see it i don’t know how to provide a picture or or I would have added a picture, but again, the worst 20 bucks I’ve ever spent in my life. I would have preferred to save it. Do not eat here, repeat, do not eat hair. And I also got a little bit of food poisoning just to mention

Not rating atmosphere because it was takeout. Ordered a lemonade with vanilla cream for my daughter, they gave me a cream soda. Had to take it back to be replaced with what we actually ordered. Ordered Honey BBQ sauce for my combo and when I got home, they had given me Honey Mustard. Not worth the 15 minute drive back to the store for a replacement.
You guys really need to pay attention to what the actual order is please. Don’t just read one word and throw stuff in there.

Came in today and spent money on food I didn’t need just to be treated like a joke by the employees where they gave me what looks like half eaten chicken and coleslaw I didn’t order. Not surprised if they spit in my drink atp. Absolutely gross behavior from this location. Won’t be going back to this one that’s for sure. If you don’t care if someone has food allergies why are you working with food?

I typically don’t go to KFC. Today we decided to stop by. The floors and walls in the dining areas were really concerning. You could tell no one clean the corners, it looks like they mop all the filth into the corners.
Their fries are cold and have sat under the lap for sometime. They got the order wrong and we were the only ones in there. We understand that Ogden is a run down town in some areas but it shouldn’t me the fast food places should accept that.

Went there Sunday night about 10pm ordered a eight piece extra crispy family meal. First off they only had 3 biscuits so they offered to replace with a small side. Got a small side of the mac and cheese. We get to the window customer service wasn’t bad. We go park somewhere to eat and start pulling out the food. We got and extra thing of gravy and they have us large side of Mac and cheese instead of a small. No complaints on that end. We started to eat the chicken noticed we had a couple of extra pieces not complaining there. But the chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a minute was kinda dry. And the breading didn’t taste the greatest. Well we got done eating and about 5-10 minutes later my stomach started to hurt I thought maybe I had just eaten too much. So I gave it a few more minutes started to get a slight headache. Well then on the drive home I started to not feel good like I started to get lightheaded and feeling clamey and like something wasn’t right. Get home go to use the restroom and not even 2 minutes in there I started to feel like I was gonna throw up and bout a minute later my entire dinner came up. And about 5 hours later my boyfriend threw up too. Never going there again after getting food poisoning. Don’t recommend eating here unless you want food poisoning casue something was not cooked right or sat out too long.

We got our order and only got half of it, when we tried to call the first time she yelled at us through the phone telling us to just go online. When we asked if we could just be given the number and she repeated and said just check the app. When we yet again tried to explain the issue she yelled over us refusing to acknowledge the issue. It genuinly shocks me how you can be a grown adult and act like that. I know better behaved children, be better. I’ve worked in fast food for years and would never yell at someone for no reason since I know how it feels. Be better act like an adult.

Me and my family love chicken but the 12th Street Ogden location absolutely was so far below expectations, 1 star is too much. We will NEVER return. I went through drive thru to bring dinner to my fiancé at work, only to find chicken so tough & obviously old we couldn’t consume them! The fries were so cold and chewy we couldn’t eat them at all. I would love to give proof of my purchase but was not given a receipt. I suggest you work on these issues or you’ll lose all your business eventually. Nobody I know personally will eat at this location. Good luck.

It’s 10:40 pm they close at 11pm but they said they are already closed, why does this store even have store hours!? They never follow them. Change your sign to open whenever we feel like to close whenever we feel like.

Ordered at 9:30 through door dash, went through 3 washers before I called at 10:08 and they said someone took it, they refused to remake it for me because “were closing”… I get that doordash has its own issues, but im sick if the fast food places just tell8ng me to go to door dash, complaining to door dash doesnt get me the food I ordered to feed my daughter
