A pleasant little place to have lunch, staff is very friendly and attentive and the chef works very efficiently and pretty quick too. Seating is comfortable and the establishment is very clean. Can’t ask for a better Vietnamese meal – nicely done here.

The best place for Chinese food in the city. You can only dine-in until 4pm, anything after that must be takeout. They have a diverse menu with a few sandwiches (BLT, Turkey, Clubhouse) and burgers, French fries and poutine. Burgers are a little small but massive portions with the Chinese dishes

WARNING: WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD — AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This place is a complete disgrace. I made a simple, polite request: fried rice instead of steamed rice. Not only was I rudely denied with a nasty attitude, but they intentionally left the rice out of my entire meal — even though I paid FULL PRICE. Who does that?
When I called to get it resolved, the woman on the phone pretended not to understand English (despite speaking it perfectly when I ordered). She outright told me she didn’t care and didn’t need my business. Imagine paying for food and being treated like you’re the problem for wanting what you paid for.
No apology. No accountability. Just petty behavior, dishonesty, and disrespect.
This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. It was rude, unprofessional, and borderline hostile. I don’t know how this place is still operating, but after this experience, I wouldn’t eat here if the food were free.
If you’re thinking about trying this spot — DON’T. Save yourself the money, the time, and the frustration. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually respect their customers. This one clearly doesn’t.
And to the owner reading this: the way your staff treats people is disgusting. You lost a customer forever — and I won’t be quiet about it.

Don’t ever order from this place I ordered a Kung Po chicken for them to forget my steam rice. When I called to try and rectify this matter the owner told me not to call her and that she does not need my business. Customer service 0/10 and food 0/10. I highly recommend choosing somewhere else to eat

Always good food here. I have been coming here for years and have not had a bad experience yet.
Combo 1 & 6 are my favorites. As well as the ‘special soup’ without shrimp.
Excellent service. Lots of flavour. Generous portions.

I stop in to this restaurant whenever I go through Fort Frances. The fries with gravy are simple but so comfortable. The staff are so kind and have lovely attitudes. It is clean and well managed. It has been around for so many years that it might be why it is so comforting. I hope you enjoy it.
