The picture speaks for its self…. Any 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Ordered online and asked for sauce on the side because I was eating it later…the sauce was on the sandwich and there was practically no vegetables the bacon was not heated and it was light on the meat. The bread being decent was the only redeemable quality… On top of all this Alina was probably the rudest customer service worker I have ever talked to not only did she laugh at me while I was talking about my issues but she argued with me… I will never come back here and neither should you. The owner should be fined by Mukilteo for having such a bad establishment.

Its subway. Not my first choice for a quickie. They do have decent food for those days you arent looking for lunch at Jack, TB, etc. I love being able to build as I go. My home branch is in downtown Everett. Manager Shane knows delivers an incredible experience if you ever have the chance to visit.

I come here quite often but after today likely won’t. I walked in, no customers. There was an employee mopping. He went behind the counter *DIDNT wash his hands* put gloves on and started making sandwiches – that is disgusting. I can’t imagine what goes on when people aren’t there. Learn some basic hygiene and food safety.

The lady wouldn’t accept our cash. She made my daughter cry because she was trying to make us feel bad that her boss would make her pay for the food that she wouldn’t let me pay for. So we walked out and will never ever support this poorly ran company! A block away another restaurant accepted my money no problem.

First order never showed up. When I called the lady had customers in the store so she couldn’t help me. Order didn’t get refunded. So I figure I’ll take it up with door dash. Place another order on their website it takes money from my account again but the order doesn’t go through. Now I’m out over $60 with nothing from subway. I’m leaving this review because this isn’t the only time I have talked to the older lady and she has been like well that’s not our problem. Unprofessional and I will not be ordering from you ever again.

Ordered a sandwich through the subway app. I never received my sandwich. When I called to ask for a refund they told me they cannot process my refund and that I need to call subway customer service which is non existent. I was prompted to fill out a form and never heard back about my refund.
