Hey again it’s me. So first time being here with hubbs. Not a fan of the area at all. The bathroom needs attention every so often tissue on floor etc. Waitress was cool but some drinks that were mixed some missing. Wanted the croissant French toast but was told there was no bread. Food takes a long time to come and when you receive it it’s lukewarm. Coffee is in a to go cup half way filled 1 little cup of creamer and sugar to be spilt between 2. Ordered what was suppose to be lemon pepper wings eggs and potatoes. Wings tasted like salt and pepper but were fried decent. Potatoes bland and eggs bland. Waffle was hard. I guess now you have to ask for certain things even though it should automatically should come with a meal. Hence ketchup etc. please do better
Also if people are paying don’t watch over to see if they tip you

My Sisters in Christ ministry was in town after seeing The Black Nativity. Since our 1st reservation up the street didn’t work, we headed here to Sweet Auburn Burn and OMG me + my 19 sisters were all blessed. The service impeccable, the food UNMATCHED, the quality top tier. I don’t know what y’all waiting for, bcuz Sweet Auburn, yeah that’s where it’s at. I had the catfish w/ zucchini & squash & side salad. Very good

Food was amazing, our server Roxanne was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would come back!

I had French toast and catfish. The catfish was fried to perfection ! My partner had the Salmon BLT. The salmon was juicy and tender. Greatly seasoned.

My only down is that it was cold. Please turn the heat up just a little.

Upon first arrival we were sure if they were open just cause you cannot see inside at all. The bathroom floors weren’t dirty but they were sticky.

Loved this spot! Great vibes. Good music. Excellent service! The chicken and waffles was AMAZING! Also really loved the crab cakes, but next time will get them with grits instead of potatoes. The potatoes were a bit limp and a too greasy for my taste. I would have preferred the egg be medium well done instead of cooked hard, and it needed a sauce to pair with the English muffin. However I just asked for extra sauce and that was sufficient. Again, the crab cakes were delicious so next time maybe I’ll just get them with grits because they were very thick, tasty, and filling We very much enjoyed our experience here!

Made reservations for 1:00, Saturday, for two. Arrived 20 minutes early and was seated immediately. At the time of seating there were not many patrons there but they were flowing in sporadically. Our food came in a timely manner. My friend and I weren’t able to eat our main meals beyond the appetizer sampler. We were full from sharing that along with an order of salmon bites. Highly recommend having the salmon bites. The Thai chili dipping sauce has a little kick to it so be cautious if you’re not into a bit of spice. The grits with the Maui Grits Bowl were creamy and delicious, from the small taste I took from it. We did not order any alcoholic beverages. The food was amazing!! I would definitely return again soon. As we were leaving a birthday party and a family reunion party was entering. The only recommendation I would give this establishment is placing a ramp where the small stepping spaces are. The reunion party had a wheelchair bound person and had to be carefully lowered down the small step.

Duke was great! Fas service and all. Can’t wait to go back and get adult beverages like my first visit with the other staff at the bar that was great back in December!

I went in about three hoping to get great service and great food. After waiting about 20-25 minutes, our server finally came over to take our order, the other young lady that was with us had to leave because it took her so long to acknowledge that we were there. Mind you, the restaurant was not crowded at all very minimum crow. I ordered the fried catfish with the potatoes and a side salad. My fish was either refried or fried with old grease. The potatoes weren’t good at all. The salad was the best thing. However, the ranch dressing had so much salt in it making it hard to enjoy. The server had to be new because she was not very knowledgeable of things on the menu. However, the bartender was nice! Hats off to Duke. My drink was terrible. However, he remade it and it was much better. There will not be a second time to be disappointed

Overall good place, not crowded at 3-4:30pm.. to me I will call it an upscale hold n da wall. But the food…OMG. com…the fried salmon bites..yes, yes…!! The Maui Grits Bowl was more than I could finish.. I could ear crayfish or shrimp so she put extra sausages and added chicken…my friend had catfish and grits…it was good too…
