Dissapointing to have a pretty straightforward order be messed up. Order two patty melts with one being a combo. How do you give 1/2 items completely different than the order when they’re supposed to be the exact same? We ended up receiving 1 patty melt and a plain burger with mustard on a remarkably stale bun. I’d love to attach my receipt and photo of what we received. Not impressed here by what we know to be a great place elsewhere

Had a great time at this whataburger! I came through the drive thru the cashier working at the drive cashed me out and handed me my drinks and told me to pull forward! Within seconds I got my food and the fries were hot and the burgers were delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

I ordered a burger and told them how i wanted it, it showed how i wanted it on the screen and receipt but when i got home it did not come that way. this is not the first time this location has screwed my order and certainly won’t be the last. the fries were absolutely awful.

The first 2 times I went when first opened were amazing, I had gotten off 8 hour shifts to hot amazing food. The third time though was a little different the food was kinda cold it looked like they J’s threw the stuff in the bag.maybe it was Just a bad day.

We’ve been here multiple times since it opened. Sometimes the line has been a little long but the food is great and the employees are always friendly and smiling. The interior is clean and my order has been right every time. McDonalds down the street should take note.

It’s definitely different from Texas. In Texas they give you hot burgers here they are not at temp. Lovely staff though. If they would serve hot burgers they would have 5 stars.

We tried this location for the first time last night. Unfortunately, the burger I received was not what I ordered and part of our order was missing… We visited the drive thru and didn’t realize our order was wrong until we got home. Pretty disappointed. Verify your order before you drive off when visiting the drive thru!
