First Mika’s experience with a friend. She ordered the Roasted Chicken Bowl but wanted it spicy. The staff was very friendly and accommodated her “special” order, even discussing different ways to spice it up. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Stir Fry. We were both very pleased with quality and flavour of the food. The stir fry even left a small amount of spicy juices for the rice to soak up. The price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. We both had plenty of left overs to take home. This is a hidden gem.

Has always been good Japanese fast food. The last time I was there, I had the Shrimp and Tempura Bowl. It’s as good as I recall. However, the young lady who takes your order is not friendly at all. Could use a customer service up grade. If I could give 3.5, I would.

This is a longtime neighborhood favorite. It has been a while since I been here because it never disappoints but came here during lunch and it seems like under new management? Young female that takes the order is unfriendly. My spicy beef bowl was half fat instead of meat. Rice and flavor is still flavorful. Too bad, make some changes Mika’s, I am sure you have long time customers that notice the difference like I did.

So I gave them 3 stars because I appreciate that they offer tofu as an option in place of the meat. So I really did want to love this place, but they are fairly pricey for what you get. And I have been there a couple of times and both times the flavor is meh. It seems to be very much lacking any real spice or seasoning. But the service has been great and they are always nice.
