I order 1 breast and 1 thigh but this is what I got. I had experienced with they messed up my order and now when I double checked I got surprised with my order.
Don’t go here ! They messed up your order. And always double check your order before you go.
The staff just give you the order without explanation if they don’t have your order, if you didn’t double check your order and when you arrive at home you will be surprised how they messed your order.
I will never come back again to this spot.

I normally come to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen to get my chicken and have never had any complaints until now. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing.
I ordered a 24-piece mixed chicken (spicy and original), and both the fries and the spicy chicken were dry and cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. This was especially frustrating given how expensive the order was — $79 for essentially three whole chickens. At that price point, I expect the food to be fresh and prepared properly.
I called the store to complain, not necessarily to get a replacement, but to make sure this does not happen again to me or other customers. The person I spoke with asked me to bring the chicken back so it could be replaced, but I told him I wasn’t interested in that — I just wanted assurance that old food would not be served again.
It honestly felt like old chicken was being pushed out with to-go orders, which is not acceptable. Paying premium prices should come with consistent quality and freshness. This experience was a letdown, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

It absolutely amazes me that every single Popeye’s location can never get your order right no matter what. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a four piece chicken tender the guy behind the speaker said would you like our special five-piece I said sure he gave me a 5-piece bone-in chicken for me to eat in my car; do you have any idea how difficult it is to eat bone-in chicken while you’re driving? This will be the last time I ever go to any Popeyes ever you guys are absolutely horrible I hope your entire franchise collapses. The only thing he got correct is that I asked for spicy chicken any actually gave it to me. So good job on only sucking halfway. Don’t bother to respond to this and tell me to check out corporate cuz I’m never going to do it cuz I’m never coming back I don’t want any of your free coupon bullshit, I just want you to go away as a franchise.

Popeyes is awesome! Love that spicy chicken! What I do not like is the mystery around specials. They have a two for Tuesday for like $2.99, but not all the places honor it. Then instead of helping find a deal they are offering, the manager just looked at me so I got a sandwich only and didn’t eat the bun. It’s so good. Again, chicken is amazing, the people need some work at this place.

Purposely ignoring me when I simply wanted to ask a question because your store has a kiosk for orders is just rude. Bigger guy in dark grey shirt and the lady worker in organge with the ombré hair did not address me once and tried to hide behind the machines in the meantime was so mean. They can talk amongst each other. I didn’t come to yell or be rude. Thankfully another lady walked in to answer my question and help.

I waited 30 mins for a family meal today in the drive thru. Seen lot of other people get their food before me.Everytime I come here there’s always a problem. I feel like there’s no communication in with the employees or they’re just lazy. Never get the right sauces always gotta walk back inside and grab em. The management needs to be changed. We ordered from the large panel touch displays which provided all the options, no upsell, and no attitude! Our food was ready in about 4 minutes. The sandwiches ordered were hot. And the strawberry tea was really tasty. I took off a star because the fries. We’re not hot… Almost warm. And I ordered extra ranch but don’t believe it was added. Overall, I will go back for the tea but will probably just order the delicious chicken on the bone or strips.

Literally gave us the wrong order purposely never told us what they didn’t have they just packed the order up and when we returned home that’s when we found out! Then to add insult to injury they tried to blame us as well as didn’t want to replace the order fought us tooth and nail ridiculous we won’t be back!
