This restaurant is a little hidden gem that I went to and this place is awesome. The best food ever and they have so many choices. The staff are so kind and go out of their way with good service and kindness towards costumers. I had a waitress there and she was nothing but sweet and kind to me and the owner is super sweet as well. Definitely a amazing place to go grab some food. I highly recommend this place it’s wonderful

Food was good. Can’t complain there. Our server though seemed uncomfortable and out of place. When sitting people’s plates down, was reaching over other people’s plates and right in front of their face to sit the plate down. Had our 3 kids with us. He brought refills to my oldest, my wife, and myself but the younger two never got a refill. Our server did have to answer the phone and do the register, which I do cut him some slack on that. But after no more calls or no one at the register, still never came back over to check on us to see if we needed anything. Had to ask another server to get us a refill in a to go cup for one of the kids and also to go boxes. But it was a good meal and everything minus our server.

The Amber’s Jack is a tucked away pizza shop that offers the kind of the friendly service one would expect from locally owned businesses. The restaurant can be quite busy during hours but is well worth it. If your in the Burnsville area, consider giving The Amber’s Jack your patronage.

Hey all! The Ambered Jack (Take 2 for the locals who know what i mean) has a friendly & cozy atmosphere where families come together to share a good meal. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not Cracker Barrel atmosphere. But more like a bright, low-key, family- friendly tavern style. My servers have ranged from quiet and consistent to quirky and fun, but always thoughtful for all. It’s local, not corporate, so it’s perfectly imperfect.
I feel you get large portions from a classic American menu, with fresh homemade pizza and calzones in there, too (the dough). They have a showcase of ACTUAL homemade desserts… not ones that say are “made fresh daily” merely bc they put them in the oven. YOU KNOW those places I’m referring to (smh).
I personally would like more spices and flavor in things, but i know that becomes a sore subject when trying to please everyone. And i feel the prices are a bit high when wanting to add-in meats (on the pasta).
Overall, i go for the meatball sub or calzone, which you can’t go wrong with. AND, i go so i may enjoy time with loved ones in a welcoming environment away from home.

This is the best place i have been by far for excellent food ,atmosphere, the staff is very nice and speak with respect and make you feel right at home. The lasagna is absolutely fantastic, and the stingin honey garlic wings are the best flavor i have ever had . This place is the best restaurant in burnsville hands down . If i could give 10 stars i would and the prices are very good , portions are just perfect . And amazing location and very clean and just the right place ro make you feel like home . I would recommend this place to everyone far and wide . Please go and try it !! You will not be disappointed ever !!!

If i were going to eat there I would get it to go. Service was terrible . We got our salads and they did not have forks to eat with. My husband had to go ask for to go silverware so we could eat. I ordered the special and shortly their after the waiter said they were out. My husband went to the register area to order something else on the menu and finally the food was delivered to the table. We were given the receipt and the waiter never came back to the table. We had no refills at all.

Beautiful Restaurant with amazing food. Came here with our church missions team after volunteering with some disaster relief at a local church. The owner was so hospitable and delightful. She talked to us like we were family. Food is amazing and her momma makes all the homemade desserts. I highly recommend. Go and try them out.

I ate here with a party of 10 people and the service was amazing! All of our food came out at the same time and our drinks were never empty. I highly recommend the pizza and bone-in wings. BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!!!

Chicken Tenders were absolutely horrible. Worst taste ever. The Alfredo chicken and shrimp had a great taste but the sauce was like water. Great people. I started to not even leave this review because of how good the people are.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with banana peppers. Took about 10 to 15 minutes. Was quick and easy to order, the staff was very friendly. Best pizza in town that I’ve ever had, next to hunt brothers Pizza.
