Absolutely phenomenal experience. I want to thank the two baristas Angie and Ashley so much for their outstanding customer service! I came in for a drink, I didn’t even know what I wanted until I told Angie I wanted something warm and sweet. There was a bad storm and I was stuck at the hotel so I was in need of a comfort drink and they served me up with a raspberry white chocolate coffee and I also scooped up a nice flaky treat covered in almonds. I hope the Marriott and it’s Starbucks team realizes how excellent these two are with what they do!

Went there early in the morning for coffee and tea before a long road trip. The staff was bubbly and super nice. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and what you would expect from a Starbucks sandwich. The service was correct and fast. Good place to grab a quick coffee if in the area.

The drink was awesome. The only problem I had was I had to Wait in line behind 1 girl for about 15 minutes before they took my order. The staff knew her and they were just talking and having conversations for a long time. I patiently waited then was finally waited on after she left. Other than that it was good.

No Starbucks Wi-Fi and the Marriott Wi-Fi constantly disconnects and requires a different sign in. No soap or lights in the bathroom? No air conditioning on today, so hot that I had to leave.

HORRIBLE, I wouldn’t even give it one star. It took forever due to the barista Kristen being on her phone while making my drink. When we made eye contact she rolled her eyes. The customer before me was treated kindly, but maybe the color of my skin changed her hospitality. The atmosphere stenches of high class privilege. I’ll never go back.

Parking IS limited, but I blame that on the Marriott! Everyone is friendly, smart (enough to make a good latte, lol!) and accommodating. I especially like that it’s located downtown. My only advice… extent the hrs or open a full service Starbucks somewhere nearby.

Not a typical Starbucks. Won’t refund cash or credit cards if they are out of your order or can’t make it. Which they won’t tell you they are out of things until after you order and pay. If you do get refunded anything at all, they will only give you a drink card which is only good in their hotel. It can’t even be used at other starbucks.
