Today was my first time at this location. I placed a mobile order and my order was correct but the taste was NOT consistent with what I am used to from subway. My chicken wrap was mostly lettuce and spinach. Majority of the chicken was located all in one place and when eating I either tasted all chicken or all lettuce. The staff was working hard but the food quality is just not there for me. Tasted completely plain with 0 seasoning (even though I requested it) 2 stars for the ppl and their effectiveness but again, food quality is not there.

Those money saving coupons you receive in the mail are not valid at this particular location, which was a huge disappointment. I don’t know if all of the Subway stores have changed the caliber of their toppings, but this particular location no longer has dill pickles. They’ve been replaced with garlic/dill (emphasis on garlic) dill pickles. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy garlic, but not when it is the only thing you can taste on the sub. I had to throw it away.

Owner very unprofessional and down right nasty. His wife was the same. Because she gave less than a full scoop of tuna hand I questioned it. They told me to get out of his store. God doesn’t like ugly. Really upset and disappointed. I didn’t deserve that type of treatment and yes I am African american.

I love this Subway, the people working there are really nice and professional. They always get my orders right and they make their subs perfectly. I’ve read some recent reviews saying ridiculous things like, “the lady didn’t put enough tuna on the scoop, so I had to question it”, like really? Really? That’s what you complain about ? I’ve been to bad subways before and this isn’t one of them.

Customer service is lacking–staff/servers were borderline rude. Cookies were overbaked. I’ve seen worse but have definitely experienced better. I would not go out of my way to patronize this spot.
