Today my friend and I went in the subways because of the amazing coupons, and were so delighted with our service! We went in around 7:30, we immediately noticed how clean the store was! The man who helped up was Dave and we enjoyed the innocent joyful conversation! He was so kind and really showed that he cares for others! There was a women working as well, unfortunately we forgot to ask for her name, but she was just as happy and sweet! This is our new favorite spot!

I’m so not happy. I went in yesterday to order a meal. It was great except I was told I couldn’t not use buy get one free foot long coupon paying cash in store. The employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was told that I could order only and use it for in store pick up. That was not correct but I used a buy one get one 50% footlong coupon. That isn’t the real problem. My food was wrong when I got home after ordering online today. I double checked my paper receipt it was correct on the receipt and wrong on my two sandwiches. I had some extra veggies one and missing other items on both, not good. Then when I and my mother open our sandwiches and started eating there was hair in both of them! I’m not going to say I’ll never go back but it’s going to be a while or at least I won’t be ordering online again.

Had the best experience recently with this location. A very clean and sanitized. Haven’t had a Subway in a long while. We shop at least once a week with Battle Ridge on Powder Springs Rd Kroger and this Subway is easy and convenient for pickup. Our Subs were prepared very well and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Alex and the Owner, didn’t catch her name, but super friendly too. They want to make the best sub for you, and you can tell. The Sub App is awesome to place orders online. And if you have a special request, call the store. Very pleasant on the phone too.

Food was mediocre. Service needs work. There was no reason for the old female to drop my food on the counter. Atmosphere was not welcoming, workers did not appear to want to be there and neither one of them greeted anyone who walked in.

The boy working there spoke broken English and was very hard to understand. In the middle of dressing my sandwich he stopped and decided moving bread trays was more important for several minutes. There was an older woman there but she was busy talking to another customer that it was apparent she was friends with. The boy didn’t ever ask what I wanted on my sandwich and just made it his own way. Don’t waist your time or money here. Worst sandwich and service I’ve ever recieved at any Subway.
