Place smells as soon as you walk in. Food was gross- undercooked, no flavor, rice had a weird after taste. Even their canned soda was flat lol. I returned the food and drink and walked out. Don’t waste your money.

Got a shrimp and beef teriyaki meal with fried rice. Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful! Rice was cooked perfectly and didn’t have eggs which was nice. Will definitely be coming back. Such a good value for the price.

Unprofessional Service and Poor Phone Etiquette
I received the wrong order, and when I called to address it, the staff responded rudely, saying, “We gave you your order, what’s your problem?” That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The customer service experience was very disappointing and they did not resolve my issue.

Ordered here through UberEats so can’t give in store experience but the food actually hits the spot. If you ever had Sharku Japan, tastes similar to that and i apologize in advance if that offends the restaurant. I’ll definitely order again in the near future.

My order was missing items. I called the store and didn’t even get a chance to say which items were missing. The girl who answered my call immediately said the manager would call me back and took my information. An hour later I still didn’t receive a call back! The money for the items were refunded without even talking to me which makes me believe they knew they were shorting me of my order. After an hour of no call back to see if I can get the food that I ordered I went to the store. The manager was not helpful at all, he was smiling and laughing in my face! The lack of professionalism and customer service is absurd. I frequently order from here and will never again spend money in this establishment. Extremely disappointed

The food took forever to get here. The delivery guy doesn’t come with change and when I went back inside to get change for him, the guy left with my food. Then I called them to inform them of the situation at hand, which wasn’t a reassuring phone call , it seemed as if I wasn’t being heard at all. One star and i won’t be ordering from those guys again.. wouldn’t recommend it for ANYONE. This is the Staten Island location on Richmond Avenue..
