The place is cute inside and was packed! The staff is really nice too.We were seated directly next to the kitchen door, under the mini split. I was extremely cold the entire time and the staff was very busy rushing around (which is great for them) a man seated at the table next us was right behind me and it was so tight in there, I could feel him moving around. Our food tasted very good but mine wasn’t heated all the way through and my partners plate was lacking… it needed maybe a veggie or to round out the chicken piccata, although it was very tasty.
2 meals, 3 drinks, no desert … cost $100 (including 20% tip)

Excellent Veal Parm and chicken marsal served hot with linguine prepared as it should be with that little bite. We enjoyed, what else, a few glasses of Chianti. Waitress was top notch always a smile and ready to please. Not inexpensive but nothing is these days. We brought home enough for another meal.

We dined at 4pm. Party of 3. OMG we’ve found our new favorite restaurant. Breadsticks are delish, they come with the choice of pesto or olive oil for dipping. We tried the fried ravioli for our appetizer. They were very good. My husband had a side Cesar salad with the Mussels. He’s a mussel Connoisseur. He said these are the best he’s ever had. He wished he’d ordered a side of linguini so he could have added the pasta to the mussels sauce after he was done with the mussels. I had the pasta Alfredo with shrimp, my son had the pasta Alfredo with Chicken. We realized after we should have shared a meal. It was so good. My only complaint was that we paid an additional $12 for shrimp and it came with 3 medium shrimp. ♀️ Those are some pricy shrimp.

Excellent local Italian restaurant. Small and can get really busy at high times but worth the wait. Large portions. Can easily split or bring home for lunch tomorrow. Very friendly service.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. It was a Friday evening, but the wait wasn’t very long, maybe 20 minutes. There were many appetizer and entree options, and the wine/beer list was very extensive and really great! We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was delicious. I got fettuccine Alfredo, and it was very obvious that the fettuccine was made in the restaurant. My husband had a dish with marinara, which was amazing as well. We also ordered dessert for home, so I haven’t tried it yet but it looks good. The only thing that I would say to detract from all of the positives is that it can get loud when it is busy. However, I am recovering from an aneurysm and part of the side effects is the inability to process different levels of sounds occurring at once, so I had to leave my husband to pay the bill while I went to the car. But this could easily be my own skewed perception, and it certainly shouldn’t detract from trying this gem of a restaurant!

Our party of 3 arrived at 5:00 and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. No problem so we got a drink at the bar. At the 40 min wait I asked as to what the status was. Apparently reservations of 6 or more take precedence over smaller parties. We waited OVER ONE HOUR for our table as all the reservation parties were seated right away. I understand reservations but not at all fair that smaller parties were overlooked. There needs to be a better process. We would have left but didn’t realize what was happening until the 40 min mark. The blond hostess was useless and kept saying sorry this is policy. She wasn’t getting the issue. We watched 2 smaller parties leave. We were incredibly
disappointed, Not sure if we would go again when they re-open in the spring. Food was very good and fresh.

Amazing! We got to Naples today for Labor Day weekend, and our first dinner is going to be hard to top off! Started off with a warm welcome by Lucy. There was a short wait for a table, which is totally understandable on a Friday night. We started out with the delicious breadsticks, side salads with their standout homemade vinaigrette (wish I could bottle this to take home) and perfectly fried calamari. A glass of wine to go along with all of this while we enjoyed the charm of this place. Then our main dishes arrived, I opted for the lobster & shrimp scampi, and my husband opted for the Tour of Italy! We truly enjoyed every bite of our meal, the service and the atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back

If your interest is in the Fettine Alfredo with added shrimp be prepared to receive a “less than honest portion”. When you order an Alfredo dish and ask for the added shrimp at $12.00 additional you expect a shrimp dinner. That is not what you get. They add 3 shrimp to the dish. That’s not a shrimp dinner. It’s $4.00 per shrimp. That is pure dishonesty.
I never complain to management but this is one time I needed to. I detest being taken advantage of. I also detest the idea that they do this to all their customers. I did speak with the manager who asked how she could make things right. I said charge a fair charge for a fair meal. Serve at least 8 shrimp and it becomes a meal. I was told that she spoke with the Chef who is the owner and the message to me was that that is what they serve. SO, be forewarned,, if you don’t care about being taken advantage of, by all means, bring your money to Chianti, Naples. They will gladly take it and take advantage of you with a smile!
