Tried the veggie slice and Sicilian Margherita slice at Una Dolce Vita and they were phenomenal! The crust was perfectly baked, fresh toppings, and rich, balanced flavors. Cozy, inviting vibe with attentive staff. Definitely a must-visit for pizza lovers in Bridgeport!

Enjoyed their pizza slice display case offering over a dozen varieties of slices with various combinations of toppings. They offer some Sicilian crust slices that have nice crispy crust that are not big. Also, offer delicious pizza wraps that are like a calzone/ stromboli but a thin crust. I had a veggie wrap that was very delicious. Very nice looking espresso bar and Gelato station looked really cool. Can’t wait to bring my girls there for Gelato. Staff was very cordial and service was quick.

Excellent. EVERYTHING. Try the dolce vita pizza to start (it’s 3 kinds on one pie). Gelato is amazing. Garlic knots are perfect- not overly salted or oily with some charred garlic. Their sauce is on point as well – very traditional Italian. It can get busy during peak times so plan accordingly. Much love to the staff!

The pizza was okay.
The salad – would have been better served separately with dressing, there was too much vinegar for my taste.

I am puzzled how there are so many great reviews for this establishment. I arrived at the top of the lunch hour and while there were a few getting take out, there was no one eating in. Should have been my first clue.
The pizzas in the display case all looked great and I decided to get a Gramma slice along with the eggplant special listed for the day. I also wanted to try the ricotta/spinach calzone. I asked if the eggplant was a platter or a grinder/sandwich, and was told it was a sandwich. Great.
Well, there was no grinder, no Italian bread, roll, but what looked to be either pizza or calzone dough made into bread like slices. Interesting.
The taste wasn’t great and it was difficult to pick up to eat without all falling apart, so I decided to remove the top piece of “bread” and eat it with a fork and knife. There was 1 piece of eggplant, 1 piece on each sandwich half. One.
Eggplant Parm is usually cooked and then the slices layered, and usually there are at least 3-4 layers, but not this. The eggplant had many seeds which indicates the eggplant is past its prime-not the freshest -and the seeds add a bitter taste. Not pleasing.
Gobs of cheese but detected no Parm.
The ricotta spinach calzone was an inedible string of cheese and overcooked spinach.
The Gramma slice was ok but I would not return for this.
The decor is great and the service was fine, but the food was not good and ended up in the garbage! Ugh!
I will not be returning nor recommending

So many pizza slices to choose from and they’re different ones to choose everyday!! So, you can eat here everyday and have something different!

Definitely a hidden gem in Bridgeport! Amazing service. Given the traffic between school aged kids and regular traffic, I’d recommend consistent cleaning to prepare tables for seated guests. Other than that, there are no complaints! Service was exceptional and so was the food. I’d definitely return.

What a sweet little gem in Downtown bridgeport ❤️!! I stopped by this evening after a beach day for some pizza and Gelato for my kiddos… they absolutely LOVED IT!!! Pizza has great flavor and the chef was so sweet and kind to my kiddos. I Will definitely be back with the rest of the family for a sitdown, authentic Italian Experience. The decor in this place is sooooo nice. Definitely check them out❤️

Right after having some fun at Bass Pro-shop, we decided to have a slice. Being from Italy I always have high expectations with any Italian restaurant. I a Dolce Vita made me feel like I was in a pizzeria in Sicily. People speaking Italian, the smell of pizza in the air. The owners were incredibly nice and it was like speaking to my own family. Great food, great environment, and very friendly!!
