Always great service here! Sandwiches are always made perfectly (I’ve worked at 3 subways before so I know when they’re made good lol!) and the workers actually are nice and typically care 🙂 plus they accept EBT if needed and if you download the app on your phone every 4th footlong is completely free!

My son was over charged ..If someone asks is today. The meatball day on the daily specials why would charge him separately.for everything. This subway has been going down hill for some time and its the closest. I’d rather pay for a better sandwich at jersey Mike’s if I wanted to spend 13 on a sandwich. With what you all are getting paid and to be this dishonest is crazy. When my son asked for a drink he just gave it to him. Right there he should have known he messed up. And want me to bring the whole meal back for what? I was hung up on the first call so yes your manager got a ear full as she should for hanging up as I was explaining. Do better.

It took the worker over 20 minutes just to make a Italian blt without even knowing what goes on it. He didn’t even know how to properly cut the bread ,lay out the ingredients & how to even use the oven!!! He didn’t know how to wrap the sandwiches & to finish it off he gave me napkins all crumbled up in a fist form . I don’t know who is training them but this is definitely not up to subways expected standards on service. I should of just went to McDonalds & would’ve got my order well laid out. There was also a female who didn’t know either & refused to help while there was over 4 customers in line shaking their heads at what they were seeing first hand. She instead went out to the back to “pack ingredients “ Poor management completely. Looks like a sandwich made from a little kid.

Honestly i use to like this place sandwiches were good and workers would give good service but today i went and the person that was working there skinny guy was with an attitude and the tone he would reply back i asked for a back for the sandwiches and he said theres none when clearly i see them next to him and when i was about to pay he said he also doesn’t have change ended paying with card definitely not coming back

On Saturday I asked “The 6″BMT is $4.99 how much is a foot long?” The response was “it is $3.00 more.” I asked for 2 foot long sandwich at the end he asked if I wanted chips or cookie. I responded that I just wanted the sandwiches… he said that the sandwiches only would be over $12 each. I restated the earlier conversation and he said that only the meal counted for the $3 upcharge for the foot long. Now I am out $4 for a drink and chips I didn’t want because that employee dosen’t pay attention to the questions asked of him.

Just ordered my self DoorDash I asked for extra mayo believe it or not they did not add any at all it was dry and I asked for toasted bread was not toasted. I asked for utensils and straw it was not added and no napkins were added. I ordered two cookies they came old definitely not ordering from this place again.

just came back from getting my sandwich and got home and it’s missing my bacon my sub is really easy ham bacon Swiss avocado and mayo I don’t get how they have enough time n can’t get it right!!! I wonder if they can refund me my bacon money cuz they charge u for it not gonna let them keep that money

Very disappointed. I ordered though the app and when I got home I realized their was no avocado and the sandwich is suppose to come with avocado. It was a sliced Avo MexiCali sandwich.
