Chick-fil-A sets the standard for customer service. There is no better fast food establishment that can claim such quality and care. Not to mention they let their employees go to church on Sunday since they are closed. I applaud them for putting faith before finance

I have been through this drive thru many times, and most of the time it’s been good. I can say my trip there on Tuesday the 15th, was the worst experience. Was there around 4-4:15, so I don’t know if there was shift change or what, but the line was not even that long and I waited about 20 minutes for a kids nugget meal. I thought perhaps since it took so long, the food would be fresh, however, this was not the case and people were getting impatient so I did not check the food before pulling off. The nuggets were dry and cool, and the fries were soggy and cool…..the diet lemonade must have been the bottom of the tank, as I ingested enough pulp for about 6 drinks in a small cup. Someone needs to work on their cooking skills or maybe needs more training. All in all, it seems that we must have been waiting that whole time for the crew to check their facebook and instagram, instead of actually doing their job. I don’t normally post bad reviews, but my first job was at chick-fil-a about 30 years ago…and we took pride in our food, as well as customer service. I would have never knowingly served such a meal. DO BETTER folks, it’s not rocket science. PS – I seriously almost choked on the dry nugget that lodged in my esophagus, I thank God for the pulp water to rinse it down.

This of course it’s my daughter’s favorite place to eat. Today is her birthday and there not open on Sunday so I’ll take her Monday to eat there. Only thing is we don’t have one close. We have to drive to Cleveland from Etowah. Which is a good 45mins.

This is a chick fa la in a non chick fa la building. You cannot find the location. It is inside a building. We ended up going 3 miles down the road to the actual restaurant cause we could not find this location
