Trying to support Ecuador businesses but felt so disappointed when I asked what the price was for a side order of firied plaintain with cheese. The waitress tried to double charge me, I then showed her the price on the menu and she acted like she didn’t know and that she’s new to this place. I told them I’m not from the area, so they figured I was a good candidate to be ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We got there to get some traditional food, the server was in the kitchen speaking to the cooks, we sat ourselves down, did not receive any menus until 10 min had passed. He came over and only offered the daily special, we then asked for other plates on the menu. No water or drinks were offered, he went off to the back, saw him when the food came and finally got a drink. What a dissapointment the food was, $20 for a Churrasco with the smallest piece of meat I’ve seen, overall the meat was ok but very small for the price. My girlfriend ordered the ceviche levantador, that tasted like washed down shrimp! No taste at all, on top of that she bit a small piece of shell. Overall ended up paying $70 for poor tasting food and a horrible service. Would not recommend this place at all!! It’s a shame this is what is representing a country rich in exquisite cuisine.

I was expecting more but when going in there is was nobody attending or taking orders we asked a kid to help us and he went to find someone when trying to make food decisions they let us know the prices are not what is on the menu anyways the lady taking our order did not write anything down and it was 4 of us we order encebollado mixto and had 0 shrimp fish was shaved the lady realized they forgot the shrimp so she brought 4 for each plate, I ordered mix ceviche and it was poorly presented and it did not resemble Ecuadorian food at all also the guatita is nothing like Ecuadorian guata the yapingacho is also not like Ecuadorian yapingacho lo único bueno fue la soda no volvería a este lugar y los precios no valen la pena

Small place, good food but did not have many of the items on the menu. We would order them the waitress went in to the kitchen and told us they didn’t have those items today. We did this 4 times before we picked food they had. Whew
