Manager rang me up for a 12 inch with half tuna on one side and half teriyaki and tried charging me $18 which of it was just in portion should have been around $12. I explained I would not pay for that and would like to make a different sandwich. Manager refused me service and said I was being unreasonable. This is unreasonable. Manager was disrespectful and unwilling to explain to me any further other that saying I was making this to difficult for him. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrible experience I go there on my dinner break while working from home thinking I have a 30 minute break and I’ll be just fine to go to Subway and get us sandwiches me and the family of 3. Nope you got to wait till they do their doordash order not just one not just two but I witnessed the employee fulfill three different receipts of orders before we decided to walk out after standing there for 20 minutes no conversation no acknowledgement we were there. We will pass and will not be back. Go to Hy-Vee and get a cooked meal instead or taco Bell or papa Murphy’s. Just horrible!

Ordered from the app. Got home and sandwich didn’t have any of the sauces on it, hate a dry sandwich. Contacted Subway and received a response from the manager that he would be sending me a certificate to replace the bad footlong sub. Never received the certificate and he no longer responds to my emails nor does Subways corp email

I had two people that wanted to get Jimmy Johns and two from Subway. so i ordered both from home and left. Based on the construction, it made sense to go to Jimmy Johns first, as they are always on time, and then go to Subway.
The Subway Subs had a pickup time at 6:55pm. I got there at 7:10pm. (Thank you Construction Detours) Anyway, there were no orders ready in the pickup and then I asked the person working there. She said that my order didn’t exist. She then said she will squeeze in my order between other orders. I asked her if i could be right after the one she was finishing as i had other subs in the car and was supposed to pick my order up at 6:55. She repeated, “ill squeeze you in between other orders.” i saw two more receipts come through and she did even those first.
I have come to realization Subway no longer cares of quality nor customer service.
I composed myself and let her do what she was doing. Finally got out of there at 7:55pm.
This is my life’s last Subway visit. Thank you

“This location is listed as opening at 10 AM, but I arrived at 11 AM to find the doors locked and the lights off—even though the ‘Open’ sign was lit. There were four other frustrated customers waiting with me, including one person looking to place a large corporate order. This is a huge loss of revenue and very poor business practice. Management needs to address why the staff isn’t opening on time.”

Subway is still excellent. Great, five-star service from Brandon behind the counter. Thank you for the delicious sub sandwich! The “Italian Hero” sub that is being promoted right now in the news is delicious, incidentally. Located next to Taco Bell. Bathrooms work. Purchasing subs every day to eat for lunch at the shop in maple grove. Celebrating a raise & promotion to engineer at work at the shipping facility with a dinner outing.

Just got a sub, the new gentleman who just got hired was very friendly and professional. The person training him was not. She was rude to me (she realized what she did so she apologized but then was rude again). Also she didn’t put a sticker on my subs, it is messy and sauce leaking, (I had to tell her to put them on) you see in this picture (have not took a bite yet!). Part of the reason why it is so messy as well is because she cut most of the sub but unfortunately ripped the rest off. The trainer also told the gentleman not to use the scoop to scoop out the tuna because she “doesn’t feel like cleaning them” (it was about 20 min to closing). How can you ensure I have the correct amount if you don’t use the scoop?

This subway is very clean with helpful and efficient staff. Both of these traits have become hard to find in many subways these days. I actually have drove past a closer subway to go to this one instead.
I personally recommend the chicken teriyaki.
Note the one con is the price of subway has gotten rather high in the last couple of years. A single foot long sub (no meal/chips or drink) cost me over $11 just for the sandwich. However, that’s more of a reflection on subway vs this location.
