Bought some “fresh local” bread today for dinner. We where making tortas at home. When we went home and started cooking we went to get the bread out if the bag we saw they where completely stale and hard. wasted over 10 dollars on garbage. The Employee packaged it for me. Im sure she knew what she was doing and working in a bakery could differentiate old bread vs fresh bread. Not only ruined our dinner but future recommendation too. We even tried to microwave them with water which is an old trick to make day old bread edible. Needless to say this wasn’t even day old bread!

Absolutely love this store/bakery some of the best baked goods around. Staff is friendly and you never know what else they may have. One time they had tamales and they were incredible. Best tres leches ever!

There are so many different kinds of bread it’s impossible to tell of the taste so I asked the cashier and she was most helpful. The things that look like mini apple pies are really good because they are barely sweet at all and you can really taste the Apple. The custard jelly donut things are also very good. I also like the flat sugar cookies I imagine they would be really good dipped in coffee in the morning! They also had tamales and something I think it was called a cucharito? Anyway it was like a tamale but it had chicken and a sauce on the inside and was only a 1.50 each. I love little ethnic shops like this, they add a lot of character to the town!

There is nothing quite like walking into a Latino Bakery. The smells of fresh bread, and the aroma of spices all combine to bring back happy memories from my childhood. The bread is fantastic. The staff are warm, helpful, and happy to greet you.

Do not try to order a cake from this place. Nine times out of ten you will not receive what you asked for. My husband and I have tried multiple times to order a cake that is like the pieces they sell in their cooler. Every single time they mess it up. We wanted chocolate, cinnamon, and strawberries like the pieces in the fridge that are tres leches. Instead we receive a normal cake with strawberries and very little chocolate. No cinnamon at all. We have given them the benefit of the doubt several times since there is no other place locally to order. We will get a cake from Walmart from now on that is half the price and without disappointment.

Great place to buy bread. My favorite is the Budin. I always get it with a Tiki soda and a little bit of coffee. They also have Guatemalan tamales on weekends. Something I really like and think is very kind towards customers is the fact that they give you free fresh coffee to complement your bread 🙂 !

Wonderfully nice, no matter what your race, but it mostly caters to the hispanic culture that we have around town. My friend usualy will go there to cash checks, wire transfer money to their families , and just have a comfortable homelike vibe while picking up a few groceries!
