After attending our 50 year HS reunion in Laurel, five of us met at the Huddle House the next morning to continue the visiting. 4 ordered omelets and sides and one ordered a waffle. My western omelet was cooked well and was tasty as were the hash browns. All five plates were eaten bare. My only complaint was the coffee was not quite as hot as I like it. On the other hand, everyone’s cup was refilled before it was emptied.
Service by our waitress was very good but the best thing came as we continued to visit for almost 3 ½ hours. The first waitress as well as two other waitresses continued to refill out cups whenever they passed and cleared the table as well. We asked them to tell us if they needed the table and they assured us that they would.
They continued to check on us even after all had long since filled up on coffee and enabled us to have a very pleasant conversation to complete the reunion.
There is no doubt that whenever I am in the area, this Huddle House will be my choice. The food was good but the service was excellent as well as friendly and enabled us to finish a great weekend on a high note!

This was the first time I went to this location and it was actually dirty. They were not extremely busy but almost every table was dirty, had not been bused when we came in to be seated. They were out of several items making lunch difficult to manage. The waitress was friendly though slow. I don’t know how soon we will be returning. The food was better than expected… thankfully!!

Although they do provide faster service than the other Huddle House across town, they are stingy with the portions of food that they give you. Example: very little ham & cheese in my ham & cheese omelet, (as opposed to A LOT at the other location.) But it’s not JUST the omelets, it’s everything we ordered. That’s why we never went to this location more than twice.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I got my food and ate around 6:00 that evening. Most of my food was burnt. The next morning I woke up really sick from this place. It took me about 3 days to get over being sick to my stomach from here. I didn’t eat much for those 3 days because I was so sick. Never will I eat from this place again and I would advise others never to eat here.
