Went here for dinner on December 24th 2025. It was very busy. We were in the drive thru. Could barely hear the kid (male) on the speaker. Guess he couldn’t hear very well either. Finally was able to give my order. I asked for no ice in my drinks. Got to the window and paid. I noticed a bottle of dayquil that was half full sitting on the counter in plain site. He made the drinks with ice after I said no ice. When he started to hand them to me I repeated I didnt want ice. He seamed about it and poured out the drinks and remade them. Everyone was so busy and not paying any attention. I paid for the food. He then handed me my change and NO RECEIPT. I was then handed what I thought was my order but by the time I got home it was not what I ordered at all. Tried calling the store and there was no answer. Tired calling again and finally the manager answered. Told her what happened and she said well we are closing soon so come in when you can and we will be able it right. I was finally able to go in and who ever was the manger tonight said sorry we have no record about this and we have talked to all the managers and they know nothing about this. The dinner room is gross and The customer service sucks. I’m will never go there again.

I picked up dinner for my family. I ordered 4 famous bowls a matty bowl and a 8 piece family meal. The famous bowls where not full at all just half way i never got my mac and cheese. The chicken looked like after bitting into it like they pulled it out of the fryer early and they never put any napkins in the bag. Come on guys it’s fried chicken!!! Not rocket science!

I ordered 2 of the taste of KFC 6 piece deals online. But I only got 10 pieces of chicken. I called to let them know and the unnamed person on the phone said they were sending me a coupon for a 4 piece. We will see if that arrives. The sided were prepackaged and seemed smaller than I remembered. The restaurant could use some improvements.

The food tasted great as always. But!! Being up-charged for asking for the gravy from the mashed potatoes on the side is a bit much. The great Colonel Sanders would not be pleased by this and is probably rolling over in his grave by the changes that have been made to his chicken. 3 ⭐’s

The fried chicken was cooked perfectly, a lot better than Popeyes. Cashier was very friendly and patient with me, even though I couldn’t decide what to order at first. I’d recommend this location to everyone.
