Leo’s Taverna is located right on Bishop street, so parking isn’t the easiest but you can pull up, order, and then drive off or find parking nearby. They are a Greek food specialist with a lot of choices including rotisserie chickens, kebabs, hummus, fish, and vegetarian options. Owned by a proper Greek family runs the place, and are very friendly should you strike up a conversation.

This place is great! Authentic greek food : )
I had the Falafel Sandwich with Garlic Fries and OMG the flavor
You have to try the white greek sauce, it took the entire meal to another level.
The owner is a pleasant/ direct woman who was very welcoming and had a nice ambience created in her restaurant.
I’d definitely go again!

5 STARS FOR LIFE
In search for genuine Greek food?! This is it!
The service is amazing *Local/Family Owned*
Tip: Make sure you check the address before picking up if ordering on Uber Eats.
I am a regular here but here is a new testimonial to add:
I ordered my usual Gyro meal with Gyro salad.
I was over a half hour late to pick up my order after going to the wrong location. When I arrived, I parked outside as Leo directed me to which was fairly easy if you pull to the side and wait before the stop light for a spot to become available.
Once inside I met Leo’s lovely Mom
Not only did she provide warm service with a smile, but recommended I try my Gyro salad with cucumbers since it’ll elevate the taste after I opted out of tomato’s.
Best decision I could’ve made. The cucumbers added that fresh and crispy bite I’m always craving when having a salad. On top of that the portions are large and generous. Food is fresh. & Service is attentive. There’s nothing else I could ask for which is why I’m a customer for life.
Tip: After a gyro meal – I highly recommend ordering the Gyro salad, extra meat, and extra pita bread so you can make another Gyro for dinner after inhaling the one from the restaurant

The grilled chicken was awesome. Not sure I would have eaten much else there. For a restaurant it has really fast food vibes (but I find that many places in the US… no real plates and cutlery, all disposable crap) / but ok, the chicken was indeed legit!

I’ve been here a few times and always get the gyro value meal. Great taste and freshly made. Hit or miss with the wait time though and like others have said, parking stinks, as does in many downtown areas of cities. They do have 2 other smaller locations, but I can’t rate the consistency, as I’ve never been. Would like to see just a few more tomatoes and onions, and a little more tzatziki sauce on the gyro.

I order from UberEATS. Love the rotisserie chicken (which is served with hummus – which is excellent) + a little salad, rice and pita. Also LOVE the roasted eggplant. It is outstanding. The Greek salad is super fresh and tasty. The rice I think is basmati and it is awesome! Really like the baklava but no room for it!

One of 5 small eateries at this small food court. The gyro and the fries were good and prices were reasonable. Some common tables and chairs were available for the guests.

Was looking for some Greek food for lunch and decided to try this place. Was in the mood for something on the healthier side and decided to try the 3 Bean Salad for $8.60. I was expecting it to come in a typical take out size container…either the full “square” size or the half size. So when I got the little round container, I was quite surprised. Not sure how much the salad weighed, but by the container size I am guessing it was between 3/4 lb – 1 lb? When I looked at my receipt, it said “appetizer”. Since it was on the “main” menu (and not the “sides” menu) I got the wrong impression that it would be bigger, at least now I know. The colors, texture and flavor of the bean salad is really good, I enjoyed it! I also ordered their baklava for dessert. It was reasonable at $2.80, but a bit too sweet for me. Maybe next time I will try one of their “regular” size plates.

I had such a bad experience here.
I believe the owner waited on me. She was very nice. I ordered the pastitsio and the chicken pie. I told her how much I loved pastitsio and that it had been so long since I had been able to find it. She should have stopped me there and told me to order something else.
Pastitsio is the Greek version of lasagna, just as described in the restaurant. It’s supposed to be a rich, decadent dish. This pastitsio was the worst I’ve ever had. It was made with penne pasta, and the rich béchamel sauce was lacking. The whole dish lacked flavor. There was nothing decadent or delicious about this pastitsio. I was so disappointed.
The chicken pie was good. However, I was charged for a more expensive dish. When I told the owner, she replied, “It’s only a $1 difference,” and handed me a dollar, when in fact, I was charged almost $2 more. I left without leaving a tip.

I got the falalfel and it was very good. Amazing texture and taste and very savory. The food is well packaged too so nothing falls out or spills.
