Very delicious food and friendly staff! This is a restaurant that actually cooks food and doesn’t microwave. Prepare to wait a little bit, but you have extra time to enjoy your companions + the atmosphere. The birria tacos are easily the best in town and the fish is delicious. Good experience overall.

Today was my first time here, but it definitely will not be my last. I got the Queso Birra tacos and they were delicious. Fresh, made to order and so tasty. My waitresses was personable and my food came out in a timely manner. Atmosphere is laid back and quaint. Definitely recommend.

It was amazing the first time, good the second and totally forgettable the last. The food is very inconsistent. And unfortunately I’ve always gotten ceviche when I went. The first two times it was good. This time he forgot the order so I said just put it to go. I came home with a box of boiled shrimp with avocados on top of it. He could’ve just said it wasn’t ready and I would’ve gotten something else. Hopefully they turn around but I won’t be back.

If this place isn’t on your list of need to try, then you need to add it. Awesome food, amazing flavor. Our waitress was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Hands down the best Mexican food in New Iberia.
