This place is pretty busy and crowded. They don’t have kiosks to place an order, so the line to place your order was pretty long. I ordered through the app to make it easier. Our order was done in minutes.

So I went to eat breakfast yesterday 11/27/23 And the cashier who helped me who’s name is Jacob had a lot of dog or car hairs I don’t know what they were exactly but they did look like animal hair on his hat. To me it’s disgusting because he’s working around food and the hairs fly and the manager should address the issue. It’s disgusting I will not be returning there anymore.

My little brother ordered the pancake plate and didn’t get syrup. Went up to get syrup and they tried to charge us for it. We told them we didn’t get syrup with the pancakes and one of the workers came to investigate the table… as if we were hiding syrup. Like… huh?
