Great atmosphere and vibe. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our waitress, Jahira, was wonderful. She was quick to pivot when we needed something less spicy. Everything was cooked well and delicious. I came here with my husband for a romantic night out and although it can be loud sometimes but otherwise the atmosphere was very romantic. The staff feels like a family.

Great place . Pricey but worth trying for sure. . Stake was cooked and seasoned to the perfection. Excellent cooking skills . Stake was good for two people Lamb dish was off the chart . Came with lots of side dishes . Portion is good for two people. Fries are crispy. Green beans was seasoned with lemon juice. Let them know if there is an occasion and they turn the place to a dance club for a second with lights . Drinks were original . Jahaira was our waitress and knew which bread required washing.

The chef truly impressed us—the bronzino was cooked to perfection and the homemade ice cream was unforgettable. The bartender was a delight: helpful, attentive, and such a pleasure to talk to. On top of that, the atmosphere was fantastic, with a welcoming vibe and perfect background music that set the mood just right. My mom and sister took me here for my birthday. Had reservations at 6. Got seated at 602. From the moment we sat down till we left everything and I mean everything was perfect. The staff are extremely professional and they explained everything. The decor is awesome and nkt over powering. The food, the food was EXCELLENT. The chef came out asked how we were doing abd made some great suggestions as well. I dont know the names of all the food vit it was so good.
1 thing I need to mention. The water, which I am assuming was tap water is absolutely disgusting. I live in Brooklyn but was told this is Cedarhurst water. Thr worst I ever tasted. Sulfur tasting almost.

Dining at Ondas by Fuego was an experience I’ll be raving about for a long time. From the moment we arrived, Sergio made us feel like honored guests. He was attentive, genuine, and full of great recommendations. You could tell he truly enjoys creating memorable moments for his guests, and it elevated the entire night.
As for the food absolutely exceptional. We started with the nachos, which were beautifully layered with guacamole, pickled onions, and crema bold, fresh, and perfect for sharing. The tacos were full of flavor and paired great with the light, crisp jicama salad topped with radish, pomegranate seeds, and green apple.
The grilled fish was a showstopper perfectly cooked and presented with a zesty citrus sauce and a refreshing cucumber-tomato salad on the side. The steak was juicy and charred to perfection, served with what might be the creamiest green mashed potatoes I’ve ever had and a bright chimichurri sauce that tied everything together.
And the cocktails? Just stunning. Visually beautiful, balanced in flavor, and clearly crafted with care.
The ambiance was vibrant yet intimate great lighting, music, and energy throughout the space. Every detail, from the plating to the playlist, was on point.

Lamb tacos were incredible—flavorful and nicely portioned. The staff was friendly and kept singing for people’s birthdays. It reminded me of the rooftop at G7 in Florida. The vibe was good, and I’ll definitely come back.
