You can build the burger of your choosing using our custom Build Your Own Burger menu (options include grilled onions, bacon, hatch green chile, homemade sauces, and much more) or you can opt for the more daring option with our Adventure Burger! The Adventure Burger is a burger built with the chef’s choice of toppings- we simply ask if you have any allergies, dietary restrictions or like spicy foods, and the chef does the rest! It’s always a great surprise to see you interesting combinations they put together for you! In addition to the burgers, we always have Hand-Battered Chicken Strips and a rotating special!

A random, wonderful find! On the 2nd day of our last-minute, weekend getaway to Oracle, AZ, we ended up here. I’m not sure how many restaurants are nearby but since we knew the Oracle Patio Cafe was closed, we had to find something else! Side note, you can zip line here…not at the restaurant but attached or next to it. Seems like there is also a camp ground and hiking and off-roading all nearby or a part of the land…basically, what I’m trying to say is this seems like an all-in-one outdoor adventure spot that I’m sure I’m not explaining well, and a lot of people already come here for. Now, for the restaurant: they have a very simple menu and some specials. You pick up a menu/order form, mark off what you want, write your name, and bring it to the cashier. You pay, get a buzzer, and then wait. They have a few family style tables inside, as well as some novelty shopping. They have a ton more seating outside. I got their signature Adventure Burger which means the chef makes the burger and you’re surprised. I LOVED this! My burger had avocado, grilled mushrooms, cheese, sauce, etc. I’m not even sure everything exactly, but it doesn’t matter because it was delicious! Their fries were also really tasty! My daughter got their chicken fingers which had the best, seasoned skin on it. Lastly, right outside the restaurant they have “panning for gold” – FREE! My daughter was so excited to do this and even more elated when she found “REAL” gold 😉 I really appreciated that they offered this and for free. It seems rare these days you stumble upon things like this.

Nice getaway from the Tucson hustle and bustle. Very relaxed environment, great views, and good service. Even with a limited menu, the food did not disappoint. We ordered the everything burger with fries. Plenty of fries and the burger was tasty.

We head up the hill from time to time so that we can try the latest specials or enjoy a tasty burger. They never disappoint. Go for the zip line or for a meal. Lots of tasty things on the menu.
Even have some vegan options. We opted for the special. It was a BBQ Meatloaf Sandwich! Man that was tasty! And those little onions were off the hook! I always tell folks to eat the fries. Now I have to tell them to eat the onions! Won’t go

This place is amazing. We went to the Biosphere 2 and wanted to try something new for food.
Pepper sauce Kitchen is perfect for an off the path adventure. It is literally off the path so add about 30 mins to your trip from the Biosphere but it was worth it. You get views from the state park and on the side of Mt. Lemmon. The restaurant is cool. There is outdoor and indoor tables for eating. They have corn hole, a table and chairs to sit outside and play Jenga and plenty of places for pictures and go for a walk.
Although there is a limited menu the burgers are great. I got a double and it was more than I could handle. It was the biggest, juiciest burger ever. And the double fried fries were AMAZING They also have a weekly special unfortunately it wasn’t available when we went, so try it if you can. Also, the staff was amazing. Fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about the area.
Had I done research we would have went on the Zipline but def going next time.

Peppersauce Kitchen was recommended as a place to get a good lunch in an area not overpopulated with restaurants.
The burgers were large, perfectly cooked, and very flavorful. The French fries were fresh, hot and perfectly crispy. The best fries I’ve had in a long time.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but we’ll worth the price and the 15 minute drive!
