Ordered some subway, got a breakfast flatbread. When I got home to eat it, not only was it not on a flatbread, it was on white bread that was burnt from the toaster. They didn’t have any egg either. I included photos, this is sad. If you’re in charge of this subway, maybe take some pride in your establishment. Also on 2/1/26 at 3pm your employee was in pajama pants. Is that your expectation? If your out of things offer me replacements when I get there not do your sad attempt on whatever that was.

Won’t go through this store again! Did online got someone else’s order had to re-order I get notified they are out of tuna ok I sub it for the Italian and specify I want the same ingredients on the Italian that I had for the tuna, get the 2nd order and the order is wrong is they made it how ever they wanted. I have the receipt that has everything I wanted on my sandwich on it! So they chose not to read! I’ve work in fast food and restaurants for over 10 yrs this is completely unacceptable.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the Subway app. When my daughter brought them home, the bread was hard as a rock (I told them to not toast the bread. The kid working there claims they didn’t which is possible but the bread was very hard.) Then we opened the sandwiches and there was barely, and I mean barely any meat on the sandwich. I went back to the store and tried to tell the young kid the problem and ask for a refund. The kid was very rude and said the sandwich was just fine and he would not refund the charges. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card. They have lost any future business from me or my family. I would appreciate if a manager reached out to me.

Probably the worst Subway I’ve ever had. Ordered on DoorDash on New Years and they didn’t get literally anything right on the order. 2 of the sandwiches that were supposed to be warm were ice cold, didn’t even get all of the ingredients on my subway club, forgot our chips, and got 6 of the wrong cookies. Wow. Who is working here? They obviously do not care at all. Can’t even call and talk to anyone. What a joke the employees are that work here and whatever management that lets them get away with it. If I could give -5 stars I would. What a trash establishment.

Ordered food just before noon. They were out of tomatoes, and luckily they had enough american cheese. No meat ball marinara. Ordered 12 inch american club sandwich but each half had different toppings. Charged me for two 6 inch sandwiches. The server was horrible. I won’t be going back!

They don’t really care about you here. The teenage employee sprayed a ton of mustard on my sandwich on accident and refused to make a new one. So I had the Mustard 6″ with a few other toppings, not very good. If you want a $10 sandwich take you business elsewhere.

We ordered a couple of sandwiches from Subway today and had gone to pick them up once they were done. Upon picking them up and returning home we found out there were things missing and that the sandwiches were made incorrectly. The number on the receipt was disconnected so we had to walk back to the store to try and get our order fixed. The guy was very rude about the whole thing and refused to remake our sandwiches. He remade one of the sandwiches and gave us no compensation for a item we had no idea was out of stock and gave us no option but to request a refund and complain. The worker even kept the receipt in some lame attempt to try and make it so we can’t complain. All in all, worst experience ever and I’m probably done with this Subway after this. This guy ruined my expectations of Subway.
