The best Mexican food truck in town Located on the Pacific Hwy, friendly service, amazing people and the food is so tasty!!! Every bite of food has an incredible flavor, I highly recommend the carne asada torta and adding the delicious Milanesa (hand-breaded fried chicken) to the Caesar salad!!! It’s a bomb! Best west coast style Mexican restaurant / cart in Oregon. I’ve eaten here over 40 times and every time is 10/10 from their specialties like the smoked brisket , lengua and the best birria I’ve ever eaten. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I had never had a Torta before Joshua had suggested them to me. He used to work for Love Eatz next door, and he made the best burgers I’ve ever had. He told me he was opening his West Coast Torta Co. food truck back up again once Love Eatz got a larger trailer. My only regret is not trying them sooner!! I just had my first one today and it blew my mind. There is nothing bland about Josh’s cooking! I had the steak one, it was so flavorful and delicious I can’t wait to come back to try everything else on the menu! I even got a coupon for $2 off my next visit by signing up for the rewards! The only problem is that now any other Torta I’ll try elsewhere isn’t going to stand up to my expectations because Josh set the bar too high!! Keep doing what you do! I will always keep coming back! Thank you!!

Highly recommend this place after multiple visits. The tacos are super budget friendly and delicious for a quick snack (I went back for another one!) and the burritos are perfectly balanced. The owners are really awesome people with great friendly personalities. They even accept Bitcoin for those so inclined! Really great food. Check them out!

This is not your average torta. Matter a fact it’s the best torta I’ve ever had in my life. At 50 years old I’ve had a lot of tortas. Now im curious about the tacos and burritos. Whatever your secret is….keep it a secret brother. And ill say the same about the red and green salsa. Im definately coming back to use my $2 coupon. Sorry no pic. I was so mesmerized I forgot to take one.
